Aresident in the area saw a ball bouncing around - kind of strange inTheHartebeespoort dam and went to investigate. It turned out to be a flathead catfish who had obviously tried to swallow a child'sBasketball which became stuck in its mouth!!The fish was totally exhausted from trying to dive, but unable tobecausethe ball would always bring him back up to the surface. The residenttried numerous times to get the ball out, but wasunsuccessful.He finally had his wife cut the ball in order to deflate it andRelease the hungry catfish.You probably wouldn't have believed this, if you hadn't seen thepictures.

Just released the Audi S3, according to Audi powered by a modified version of the same motor as the GTI to produce 188Kw plus Quattro would put the car right up against the Scooby WRX Sti.
No doubt that dice would cause major damaal. Early indications are that the Scooby will blitz the S3. According to Audi stats the S3 will sprint o 100Km/h in 5.9s - very disappointing!! That’s no where near Scooby territory. Coupled with sport suspension & 18” alloys it should hit 250km/h, so let’s wait & see…

Those Bavarian Maestro’s on de udder hand are cooking one hot & spicy terkhari. Spy shots of a supposed 135 Ti have emerged. Rumoured to be powered by a 3 litre turbo motor pushing out 225Kw. Insider info state that this model could be called the 135i M Coupe with the same motor as the 335i.Should take on the Scooby quite nicely.

Maybe not cos the scooby looks like its one step ahead of the game The 2008 Subaru STi sporting a much better design than previous models looks sure to take the game to a whole new level. The tweaked 2.5 litre flat four (boxer) motor will punch out about 235Kw twisting at 430Nm. That would be sure to leave the germans playing amongst themselves. Cos the only real contender for this black belt is the Mitsubishi Evo X (6th den), which looks a hell of a lot better. Looks like Mitsubishi are sticking with the straight 2 litre motor that has killed off Subaru many times before. The need for speed is intoxicating so for all da okes who have the urge for more power & want to seriously compete on the track its time to move on to some stage 2 mods. There’s no definite boundaries between these stages they are just classified in a way that’s progressive & makes sense. So over the next couple of weeks we checking out performance throttles, race clutches, lightened flywheels, gas flowed heads, cut cams & the list freakin goes on man. Robbie Ferroli’s twin engined Mk1, heres one for da Golf Boyz, this little bandook has 2 motors one driving each set of wheels it takes all wheel drive to a whole new level. A 2 litre 16v in the front & a 1.8 in the back both motors boosted to produce around 200Kw per motor makes this 400kw scalpel unleash a top speed of 280Km/h. Heard this car recently retired not sure how true, should be flippin expensive running 2 of everything including 2 VR6 gearboxes, 2 x KKK K26/27 hybrid turbos & 2 sets of 550cc injectors.

MOMENT THAT SHOOK THE BLOG

I knew a owe called Hooper. Now If there ever was a owe that could treck a white pipe was this owe. When it came to Banow, This owe was the Bill Gates of Banow(Zol). Also In my entire life I have never seen a owe roll a banow with one hand, One f$%ken hand,can you believe it. Anyways Hooper was on a wall about 3 m High, trying to get a tennis ball. But he stayed up there for a while.No guessing what he was doing. Now to put you into the picture,The wall had like railings on them so If someone ever lost their footing they could still save themselves by grabbing onto the railings. After a while I heard Hooper come crashing down.

He f#$5ked his Pelvis up. I wondered why didnt this ba#$tard just grab the railing.

And then what I seen would have made Bob Marley proud. Whilst the paramedics were there, I noticed his left hand still closed and clasped. When they opened it, there was the Banow.Still intact.Like a true hero he did not let the Banow go. He risked Life and Limb not to spill the Banow. Now such was the zest and desire of the owes in the day.

For all my readership I really want some comments here. In light of the Sundowns vs Barcelona game and to the owes that were there I gathered some feedback. I was shocked to say the least.

Look all credit to Patrice Motsepe and I know FIFA will rope in their boys but the Logistics and organisation I thought was shocking.

I spoke to alot of owes that went to watch the game with their families and booked the reserved tickets for R250. Every owe was saying that their seats were taken. Numerous First hand accounts were given. Owes got into fights, some owes stood in front of their paid seats to let the f#$kers that stole the seats move away. One of my buddies got their with his crew only to find a Indian toppie sitting in his seat. The Toppies words were, Ikid you not

"Bhai,my seat was taken. Im in the same position. Make Sabr.here have a Poerie and samoosa."

I MEAN GUYS PAID THE HIGH PRICE FOR THE TICKETS. THE WHOLE GAME THEN GETS WRECKED.Even for vrous and lities,This is preposterous

Other owes reckon that some offenders refused to move and stated blatantly that IF You Want the seat so Badly ,Get the owes off our seats. I mean this is not on.

Secondly owes reconn that the traffic to and from the game was a nitemare. VIP PARKING WAS A MILE AWAY FROM THE GROUND. Other owes were Double Parked.

I want to ask the Blog. How are we going to travel to games that will be coming up to promote the World Cup. Will things be ready for the Confederations Cup and the likes?

Then comes the "THEORY OF THE KLEEPAH"(Giving the usher a hundred rand).Someone cheered the usher a kleepha and all of a sudden we had fans rushing in and taking seats. I told you owes the THEORY OF THE KLEEPAH never fails

One eyewitness even said that one owe we know had to be rescued from being mugged AND FONDLED. okay fondled I doubt but Mugged i can believe. I know a owe that was in Sakraat because his phone got stolen and he lost his chicks numbers. He was Mugged.

A GLITTERING EVENING AT THE MARACANA

Last night I attented the Waleema of Solivinio. What a player. A player I played alongside with at Dynamos back in the day. And a star studded line up it was. I was fortunate to be graced with the presence of many greats. On my Table alone I sat with the likes of Djibreel Cisse, Ces Fabregas, Pepe Signori, Phillepe Massa. The function also boasted the likes of Michael Owen, Lucky "Clean Sheet" Shiburu,Shakes Kongwane ,Lionel messi and even LARRY FLINT. It was star studded and of course the talk was about one thing only. Thierry Henrys move to Barcelona. The Ackhalwayas were also present but all the brews looked rather content ,Must be Fergusons hand in teh transfer market.

The transfer market was fairly quiet apart from Ti Ti's move. But lets be honest guys. The move was coming. From Barcelona vs Arsenal,we knew the move was on. Beside there has been alot of Banter regarding the sH$% in the Arsenal Camp. Rumours are also rife at the emirates of Wengers exit and teh Arrival of Nicholas Anelka. Mohamed "JIVE" Bhamjee looked in the perishaan all evening regarding Arsenal' status but still maintains that They Forgot about Viera and they will forget about Henry. Also we cant forget to mention that Henry's transfer fees at 16 million I think was for Mahala for such a player.

So what is the blogs take on The Henry move?It will be interesting to see what the take is.

Fis: Well ,Mr swoosh I would say it was a success to a certain point only ,domestically we would have loved to have won the league ,but we were just not strong enough on away games ,domestically we stuttered at the start of the campaign and in the FA CUP against arsenal .RAFA has at times made a few mistakes but then again he is the manager and all players need to put in the effort ,although champions league qualification was much assured as early as the turn of the year ,we would have loved to chase MAN U & CHELSEA till the end of the domestic campaign . .CHAMPIONS LEAGUE LIVERPOOL showed again we are a team capable of taking on the 2006 winners or the Smurfs again in the semi final to push through to the final and win it again ,unfortunate that the GERMAN REFF now drives a FERRARI and favoured Milan with most free kicks & stole some time .as far as I c for myself its 1 LIVERPOOL 1 AC MILAN .they will meet again and the revenge will be sweeter then 2005 .

swoosh: All the big boys are penning Long term deals. That shows that they want to win things next year. Also the prospect of Fernando Tores. Are we going to see Big things/signings from Liverpool next year ?
Fis : Yes most of the current LIVERPOOL players have signed new contracts ,and as the new owners have said everything will be done in stages ,they have secured all the big names they want for the future ,& now they will start to make offers and some big name signings ,FERNANDO TORRES ,ETO ,DANI ALVES ,DAVID VILLA have all been linked or a target for RAFA ,expect the unexpected .

swoosh: What are the goals for the up and coming season. Is the Premiership A Must?
Fis: Well the goal for this season is the LEAGUE ,all LIVERPOOL fans and PLAYERS want that TROPHY for a very long time ,if we can just be consistent from the start of the campaign ,I think we will challenge ,domestically and again in the CHAMPIONS LEAGUE .

swoosh: You are 0-2 against your nemises Waseem khan,Will that change?
Fis :Yes Wasim khan and I go back along way and as far as LIVERPOOL VS SCUM is concerned he is public enemy no 1 ,he will always be 1st on my target list .yes it will change ,cause they were lucky to have snatched a goal at ANFIELD in the dying minutes of the game .i am very confident that we will settle that score this upcoming season .

MILAN, June 21 (Reuters) - European champions AC Milan and city rivals Inter hit back on Thursday over two investigations into the conduct of both clubs which could have serious consequences.

Inter president Massimo Moratti and Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani look set to be sent to trial over allegations they inflated transfer fees to obtain fictitious capital gains between 2003 and 2005.
Prosecutors said on Wednesday that Inter would not have had the necessary financial security to have been allowed in the 2005/06 championship if full figures had been available.
Media had speculated that a hefty fine would be the worst punishment if either official was found guilty.
A judge also has the right to impose points deductions, exclude a club from the championship or strip them of a title.
'I tell the fans to be calm,' Moratti told reporters.
'These are intense days and there is always something that needs answering. Inter are clean.'

News – Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera
It’s the supercar edition of Jet Fuel so check It !!
The Gallardo (pronounced as GA Ya Dow, cos Mr B speaks spanish) has undergone a weight saving program with Carbon fibre popping out evry whicher way. Carbon dominates the door panels, under body covering, engine hood & wing mirrors too mention just a few. Even a mono-coque carbon fiber-shell. Wha? Lamborghini these days translates roughly to Italian style & German focus. Owned by Audi the Gallardo Superleggera is equipped with Audi Quattro drive, suspiciously similar Audi interior (steering wheel, knob, buttons all planted from A8) & Italian developed V10 producing 388 Kw also found in Audi R8.After the Gallardo’s 100kg diet it weighs in at 1423kg – not quite jarroh it blasts to 100Km/h in 3.8 seconds, 0.2 s up from original Gallaudi (ga yow di). Beautiful piece of Italian style though !

Ferrari 420 Dino
Ferrari’s shaping up a whole new model reportedly named the “420 Dino” probably for release in 2010. It looks absolutely stunning, the front being quite similar to the 599 GTB. Named after Enzo’s son, the Dino is rumoured to have a front mounted 4.2 liter V8 & will fall behind the F430 in the Scuderia pecking order. Plans for the F430 are subject to much scrutiny, apparently it will be upgraded to a V10 making 550 stallions. More than enough, I watched the F430 V8 whip the M5 V10 in a straight line & track dice in Clarkson-Heaven & hell. That F430 is like jannat.

Beautiful stuff even if they just sold the shell it would make millions.


Other quickies - Porsche recently released another low range ‘bandook’ the Targa 4S, a 0.2 litre jump from the Targa 4, the 4S weighing in at 3.8litres delivers a healthy 265Kw. The flat six will cruise to 100 in a cool 4.7s.

The last of the lot before the german take over was the Diablo GT. This devil improved quite a bit from previous models lumping out a 6 litre V12, with reduced overall weight & improved air intake. The con rods were made of titanium, the block was made of aluminium, intake manifold of magnesium & it had 12 individual throttles. A lot of the body was also constructed of carbon fibre. You would skrik to accelerate cos it thumped out 438kw & 0-100km/h in 3.5s hitting a top speed of 338Km/h. I remember Martin Brundle putting this car out on the track, he described it as a track tuned supercar for the road, with good sharp handling. Only limited editions of 81 were made. Mods – Wheels, Suspension and Body Kits
Bigger wheels will improve grip & top end speed, if you gonna slaat your jammie on the track then the type of tyre & weight of the rim could be the differences between winning & losing. A moerse big wheel without a dropped suspension & body kit just looks dom. Lowering your cabs suspension will improve handling especially when cornering, it also enhances the look of a car with the right rim. On the other hand if u drive a C55 AMG & decide to gooi on a bling bling 18“ wheel with body kit made in the Kalahari your descendancy will easily be figured out as that from either chatsworth or dobsonveeel, hola larnie !! Kits for expensive german cars should be left to german tuners like Scnitzer & Brabus spend half your life savings & buy it if you wanna pimp out a german ride. Japanese sports cars are more suited to sooping up in my opinion. Anyways body kits can either destroy your image or smooth it out. On the track a good body kit is essential to improve down force & lateral grip.

Drag Scene – HKS Skyline R33 drag monster
HKS Japan are retiring their record breaking Skyline R33 drag car. The car unleashes a stupendous 900Kw & its 7.671s run @291Km/h at Japan’s Sendai circuit in October 2001 broke the world record for an AWD drive car. It held it for almost 5 years when another Skyline R32 broke it @7.59s (Heat Treatments R32 @308Km/h). Nissan are pulling the plug on R33 spares & HKS are deciding to call it a day as other factors such as reliability are taking its toll on the Drag Monster. After many world wide appearances spanning 7+ years the car will retire in some Japanese showroom. Check this vid of a 7.9s run - floppin incredible
