SUPER TUESDAYS

Keane Signs For Liverpool - Official
Liverpool have officially announced the arrival of former Tottenham Hotspur striker Robbie Keane. The forward pens a four-year deal at Anfield as he arrives to fill the gap left by Peter Crouch...

Liverpool FC have announced via their official website that the veteran forward today signed a four year deal with the Reds.Liverpool previously courted Keane once before, but that was fourteen years ago and he opted for first team football with Wolves instead. After that 1997 switch to the Midlands from Crumlin United, Keane went on to represent Coventry City, Internazionale, Leeds United, and finally Tottenham Hotspur. At the age of 28 Keane is a renowned Republic of Ireland international and may just be hitting the peak of his career, although how he settles into the system under Rafael Benítez remains to be seen.
Steve Michaels, Goal.com

I phoned Rashid Bismillah this morning. First thing he asked me.How could you guys sign Robbie Keane for 20 million. I dunno, We needed a striker, Robbie Keane in my opinion is not bad, He will link up well with Tores, Tores needs a partner to link up with, Keane fits the bill.

I would have payed slightly more and went for Berbatov, But I must be honest Im a fan of the Irishman even though his price tag is a bit expensive. But Im confident he will deliver.

Now we just need two Wingers or maybe even one winger. A winger in teh form of Robben or Pires. That sort of winger that will terrorise Full Backs as Mcmanaman used to do back in the day

Another rumour Ive ben hearing was that TT Henry could be on his way to Man Utd. What the F34k. Thats criminal TT. After Arsenal hail you as one of the greatest Gunners of all times going to Man Utd would be like putting a stileto through their heart.

How can you hurt your father Wenger like that After all that he did for You.......

JIHAD :ABUS VS ALIS

*ABU=Anyone but United, ALI=Anti Liverpool

Today I speak with my heart. I know its my blog and we engage in heated debate. I often get pasted for being biased, but Come On Readers HOW THE F#4K can I not be.

I must be honest I feel that f#4ken pain when I have to write something good about these ba@3ards.

But one things for certain The blog is about 2.5 years old now and since then us ABUS have never tasted victory over the MANCS, Perhaps its because I hate them so much. The more I hate the more the f#kers win.

We have not won a JIHAD and maybe when that lity Ronaldo fucks off this could very well be our year.

ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I HATE MAN UTD.

They are the biggest squealers, always have been, and always will be. Everytime the referee says something they turn and squeal,I call it MANC MENTALITY. Rooney and Ronaldo are two gulity suspects here.

The other reason is the THEFT issue. So many times they have stolen from the POOR, and sneaked their way through the back door. Its not nice to steal from the poor in Stoppage time. Ask Poor Samuel Kouffor. And then they win the league like that.

Its f34ken infuriating.

OH THE HATRED STEMS DEEP

As I say.Its all about the Izzet, The Pride...It has always been. Chicks say, Why do you owes take it so seriously. Its just a game. Well You must tell them Visiting the mall is just shopping. Buying a Shoe from SAKRAATIES is like buying cigarettes. Gavin Rajah is just a Indian.

Theyl never understand teh f#4ken Izzet that goes with it. Im sure they will feel the same when they go to a wedding and another chick is wearing the same Panjaabi from Rivas.

Toppies go to blows, Guys damage cars. How can we forget the man that swore everyone at AKALS in Lenz once. The Akals bros calmed him down and said Uncle Relax.

Understand the passion, That passion is the engine room for our hatred to the MANCS.

Maybe and Just Maybe This year on the blog We will win the JIHAD, Dish out the humiliation and punishment to the MANCS.

Theatre of Dreams
A brief Visit from The LAAL CHAVEL
(I hope he comes back this season, the Chavel that is)

Ryan Giggs recently spoke to GQ magazine heres what he had to say RYAN GIGGS has admitted how the Fergie hairdryer still leaves him quaking in his boots after two decades. Yet there is one thing the Manchester United record-breaker fears even more than a red-faced rocket from his manager — getting the bird off his mum, Lynne. No one has seen more of Alex Ferguson's paint-stripping outbursts than Giggs, who passed Bobby Charlton's club record of 758 appearances in the Champions League final. And despite Fergie's advancing years, there is no sign of the 66-year-old Red Devils chief mellowing if he feels one of his players has stepped out of line. Giggs revealed: "I think the last time was at Arsenal the season before last when Thierry Henry scored in the last minute. "The manager went into one and I think some of the foreign lads thought 'bloody hell, what's going on here? This is not what I signed for.' It was funny." But for all Fergie's rants, it is Giggs' mum who can really cut the one-club Welsh wing wizard to the quick when he fails to come up to scratch. And there is no doubt who he fears most out of the two. Giggs, 34, added: "Oh, my mum, definitely. She'll say 'you were c*** today, Ryan.' She's watched me play more than anyone, so yes, she knows what she's on about." Giggs got his first glimpse of the Fergie treatment 20 years ago when he was a teenage hopeful. He added: "The manager would watch me when I was 13, 14, and I'd get the hairdryer treatment.

My attitude was always 'right, I'll show him he's wrong.' "He'd shout everything he could think of as loudly as he could. Telling you how badly you'd played and you'd never play for the club again. "Dropping you was as bad as it could get. He'd never have a go for missing a chance or an open goal. "But if you weren't working hard enough or had a shot when someone else was in a better position to score, they were the worst crimes imaginable to him. "I used to be scared of it, still am I suppose. He can still drop you, as he did last season. The good thing now is I get 'rested.' It's the best thing about getting older." Giggs was sitting alongside David Beckham after the February 2003 FA Cup defeat by Arsenal when Fergie memorably sent a boot spinning across the dressing room and left Goldenballs with a cut eye.

He revealed: "It missed me by inches on the way through. It was unbelievable. But the manager knows how to get the best out of everyone, whether it's putting his arm around them or the hairdryer." No modern-day player can come close to Giggs when it comes to loyalty — or silverware. Yet he also has a more bizarre claim to fame — as one of only two footballers to appear in The Simpsons, along with Pele. Homer even made reference to Giggs' envious disciplinary record — he has never been sent off for United — by saying: "Can you believe they gave Giggs a yellow card?" Speaking in the September issue of GQ, out on Thursday, Giggs joked: "That might be the best thing I've ever achieved. I had a bigger reaction to that than when we won the Champions League!" The 21st Century Giggs is a far cry from the impressionable youngster who lived the high life. These days he stifles a chuckle when he sees the modern-day stars roll up at the Carrington training ground in their Lamborghinis and Ferraris. Giggs, who drives an Audi estate, added: "They're going to learn the hard way about losing money on cars — and buying suits and only wearing them once. "When I was younger I bought Porsches and Ferraris, clothes, booze and so on. These days I spend my money on my house, holidays and school fees." Yet perhaps the biggest insight into what Giggs is REALLY like, comes from the modest way he would like to be remembered. He said: "It would be someone who grew up in Salford, died in Salford and excited people at Old Trafford, near Salford." Somehow you get the impression he will command a few more paragraphs than that. RYAN GIGGS has put the boot in on the soccer mercenaries who sell their soul to the highest bidder. And that has set up a confrontation with Cristiano Ronaldo, when the self-styled 'football slave' returns to Old Trafford. Manchester United legend Giggs rapped: "Many players want to make as much money as they can and change teams for ten grand. "How is that going to make much difference to their lives? Foreign players always have their home somewhere else, so they are going to have their eyes on going back. "But for the likes of me, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes, this is our home." Giggs, 34, admitted he would totally understand if fans are disgusted at the cash being thrown around. He added: "Yeah, I would. If you get those players on their own they are good lads.

So a lot of the blame has to go on their advisors and agents who make a lot of money out of these deals and don't have the interests of the player at heart." Ronaldo has spent all summer being courted by Real Madrid — angering boss Alex Ferguson. The Portuguese winger has been given an extended break following Euro 2008 and has also had ankle surgery. Giggs' own flirtation with a big-money move abroad never extended beyond a tentative inquiry from AC Milan a decade ago. He told the latest issue of GQ magazine: "Maybe one day I'll regret it but at the moment I feel very happy I've stayed here."

Now with regards to Sport my bro Totti told me an interesting thing. At his DEBONAIRS in Lenz he had the Chiefs vs Man Utd game rolling on the Plasma. Alot of locals and staff were watching the game. Now we know the locals are passionate. Anyways when the score was 4 an Indian Timer walked in and blurted. This F#4ken Chiefs are s@3t and local football is f#4ken s#4t. My bro reckon the locals were not chaffed and they stared angrily at Uncle Essoep. But lets be honest. United stepped up just one gear Just one...and they f#4ken played with these owes. A 4-0 Thumping. Do you okes agree that they played around with Chiefs at quarter pace

Should Liverpool Fans Be Worried Or Optimistic?

Will this summer’s uncertainty mean Liverpool remain poor relations of the 'Big Four'?
Certainly for Liverpool fans, this has been a summer which has promised much, yet delivered little. One with precious little to cheer besides watching their star striker Fernando Torres score the winner for Spain in Euro 2008.
For the notoriously success-starved Scousers this summer must be a bitter pill. Last season was meant to be their year, with a squad supposedly packed with stars ready to triumph over their rivals Manchester United and Chelsea. Yet last season was perhaps even more disappointing with the Reds once again proving to be the poor relations in the top four, well off the pace in the League and, though defeating Arsenal - having been outplayed through much of the first leg - falling in the semi-finals of the Champions League. So now questions have to be asked as to whether Liverpool are really in a position to improve on last season, or if they will once again fall back.
Transfer Inactivity
Aside from the signing of some young players, manager Rafael Benitez has largely been restricted in what he can achieve. Boardroom unrest has meant that any outgoings must be recouped through player sales. As such, Benitez has been hamstrung and unable to spend the big money which he did last summer on players such as Ryan Babel and Fernando Torres, with his transfers limited to three players - the Italian left-back Andrea Dossena (£8million from Udinese) right-back Phlipp Degen, a Swiss international who arrived on a free transfer from Borussia Dortmund, and £3million Brazilian goalkeeper Diego Cavalieri, who will provide cover for Pepe Reina.
Dossena says of his style of play: "I do consider myself an aggressive player and sometimes I have been sent off for certain tackles, but I also like to play with the ball and, as long as the balance of the team isn't disturbed, I like to go forward."
Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez describes Degen as "an offensive player with great energy and a winning mentality. His strength is going forward and I am confident he will be prove to be a quality addition to our squad."
Cavalieri intends to challenge Reina hard for a starting role, and said when unveiled as a Red: "My confidence has got me where I am today and maybe people are aware of what I did at Palmeiras in Brazil. I am sure that one day I can get the No 1 position, but that will only come with hard work."
Notwithstanding the promise of the three newcomers, moves for two higher-profile players, Gareth Barry and Robbie Keane, seem largely dependent on the sale of Xabi Alonso, a move which has stalled, and so for the foreseeable future, Liverpool’s two main summer targets will prove unobtainable unless Benitez can sell some more of his squad players.
Squad Strength
One of the reasons that Liverpool went into last season so full of optimism was that they had a large number of established quality players to cover positions across the pitch. However, twelve months on, questions must be asked. A disappointing season has led to question marks over a number of players, with Jermaine Pennant, Xabi Alonso and Steve Finnan among those who have seen their reputations decline over the past year. Of those who have gone, John Arne Riise and Scott Carson have effectively been replaced, but Harry Kewell, Peter Crouch and Danny Guthrie have not as yet. This raises question-marks over a number of key positions.
Liverpool still lack an appropriate foil for Fernando Torres who is a genuine striker (Steven Gerrard is a midfielder so doesn’t count in that respect), and their options on the right flank appear limited, with Benitez utilisng Dirk Kuyt wide on the right with only moderate success, and a central midfielder with intelligent distribution who can unlock the meanest defences still hasn’t appeared, and won’t unless Benitez sacrifices other squad members. So do Liverpool once again find themselves with a squad which is understrength and lacking in quality, having seemingly banished that question this time last year?
Boardroom Unrest
To complicate matters further, we have the problem of the two co-owners. Though relations seem to have improved between them, the pair will never entirely see eye-to-eye, and their differences are beginning to impact on the club. They have yet to substantially back Benitez with funds following Klinsmann-gate, and construction of the the stadium which was promised at the end of last season has only just begun. Contrast this with twelve months ago, when the two chairmen came to the club full of promises, sanctioned large-scale purchases and promised a new stadium to be built as soon as possible. A year on, the ownership of the club is still in the hands of a fragile alliance, and little has happened to allay the fears of many Liverpool fans.
Any Reasons To Be Cheerful?
Well, in terms of progress, we can be positive and say that a number of the younger members of the squad will have developed, and Javier Mascherano, Babel and Torres can only get stronger after their first full Premier League season. As well, Daniel Agger was sorely missed last season and his return, along with the impressive end-of-season showing of Martin Skrtel, will mean that Liverpool are perhaps as strong as any team in the centre of defence. As well, the exits of Kewell and Riise mean that some of the players who are in decline have been removed, and though as squad players they could be missed, they may yet be replaced by hungrier players keen to prove themselves from the youth set up - Emiliano Insua or Nabil El Zhar, for example.
Furthermore, the experienced players, such as Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher, are now entering their footballing prime. The late-20s are when players supposedly reach their peak - and those two Scousers are ardent Liverpool fans who would like nothing more than to inspire their team to glory.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, if anything has changed most from last season to this season it is perception. Liverpool were perhaps so hyped up in the build-up a year ago that once they lost momentum they struggled under the pressure of what they were supposed to be. Tagged as favourites, they found the burden of expectation a heavy one to bear - in contrast to Arsenal, who were touted to fall out of the top four altogether, yet enjoyed one of their more promising campaigns of recent years. So for Liverpool, going into the new season as underdogs could well prove to be a blessing, removing much of the pressure of expectation from the team. With Liverpool fans still craving that first league title since 1990, could Benitez's squad, unburdened by the tag of favourites, just spring a surprise?
So what do you think? Are Liverpool fans right to believe that after this summer they will again be left behind? Or can the club rise from the gloom and really sustain a challenge for that long-sought after title?

FREDS AND CO VISIT PAZULA & PINNACLE POINT

The excitement had been building up for some time and so the day finally arrived. A golfer’s dream weekend had begun the Friday morn with a very early start to the airport. Into george we arrived collecting our vw sharan to commute us around. Spacious enough for 4 golf bags and our own luggage…. And for the amount of balls we bought for the trip. Remember we’re amateurs!

The afternoon saw us tee off at PEZULA! Superb all round setting saw us grace the 1st tee box. The nerves and excitement got the better as we duffed shots, and I lost my 1st ball already. The order of the day as told to us by Vincent (course marshall) was certainly FYNBOS! Hit in the fynbos and your ball is gone! Fine fairways fit to be greens and even better and tougher greens saw us go on in our gps fitted carts with winshields! (reparing divets on the fairways Is the same as you would pitch marks on a green… that’s how nice the fairways are). I have to say the course for this time of the year is in better than fantastic shape and I’d have to admit, in the best of shape compared to the 3 courses we played.
I was partnered by one of the biggest hitters of the ball.. my man J.D. when he was on fire, we saw him drive 300 and straight. The other team made up of shafiq and mr. consistency Ziyaad were whipping us through the course. Shafiq finding the roof top of somebody’s lovely home, otherwise finding his rhythm. As always mr. consistency scoring his 1 and 2 overs , rarely blowing holes. I must say for me things got better in the 2nd 9. breathtaking views captured us on the 12th as we stepped up on the tee box overlooking the ocean! STUNNING! My highlight was birdieng the 16th with a chip shot from off the green watching the ball role in. ECSTATIC I was feeling like tiger after the play off in the masters!

With newly finished 3 bedroom en-suited, L.C.D. screened, surround sound triple storied, double garage with your very own golf cart, inside braai area and fully fitted kitchen gorgeous apartment at the pinnacle point resort (mosselbaai) as our abode, we returned the next day to what is the most stunning layout and scenery of any course I’ve been on. ‘”PINNACLE POINT”!
Pictures will never do justice, but putting overlooking the ocean drop and driving over cliffs to get to fairways is simply breathtaking. Sea views like you cant belive. One hole beating the next. Luckily the whether was good to us otherwise with slight wind conditions, you can see yourself driving a mere 180-200 mtr’s, trust me! One thing for sure, obey the sign that says “slippery grass”. Shafiq and I saw us spin 360 on our cart in an attempt to come down a hill while finding a ball. Like an action movie I saw him jump out! A much better 2nd 9 again by myself saw me enjoying the round tremendously. As we progressed though my partner shafiq’s batteries starting getting flat and he was just too tired.
The 18th saw J.D smack his drive a whopping 300 at least. This guy is a “K” when he hits. I wouldn’t want to be the ball. Mr Consistency, well his name says it all. Disappointing though was the halfway stop. For the money you pay, you have to get a snack on the go. No lovely toasted cheese and chips etc. that’s why my partner went flat! Course condition on the whole…. Fantastic!!! Tricky greens and deceiving course layout. Always listen to your gps on distance and not what u see.

We were met on the final day by the Ernie Els signature course- “OUBAAI” in George. Mountainous setting with fog as I partnered Ziyaad in to our final round. Certainly a very tricky course with no gps in the cart to give you distance. A bit of old school walking to the sprinkler to check distance. On this day we had the most fun, laughing and just enjoying the game. Shafiq actually met family on the course. What’s the chance of that! I have got to brag a bit. On the 2nd 9 I played the best game of my life. IT FELT GREAT! The scenery on the 2nd 9 is also much better, overlooking the ocean as well. Very smart houses all built on the estate also overlook the course and the ocean. We felt a slight breeze but soon realised that what we thought was a breeze was actually a strong wind! We had to opt for at least 2 clubs more than what we normally take. For e.g. I normally hit a 5 iron on about 180mtr’s, I went with a 5 wood and still fell short. You just see the ball looping back to you.
Halfway house was also disappointing. (I look forward to that lekker snack you know)

Overall a fabulous trip. I definitely consider myself lucky to have gone on it and will recommend it any day. A true golfer’s paradise!
I must also thank my crew for providing the laughter and entertainment and for making the trip so enjoyable. Especially TJOKKIE! We were LARNIES THIS WEEKEND!!!!

A few DO’s and DON’T’s:-
Do take a lot of balls unless you pro.
Do stay an extra day after the last round to recover.
Do take a lot of money as the rounds are expensive
Do take you own braai meat if you eat halaal only.
Do watch the movie ‘running riot’

Don’t forget sunblock
Don’t forget a jacket for when u playing
DON’T forget you clubs. (I know a person that did)
And Don’t think about going… just go now!

F.S.

SUPER TUESDAYS

OK,lads we are but less than a month away from Kick OFF. It was a good weekend. Shazo was a Legend on Saturday, and on Sunday well I finally pulled out the Agassi Donnay Bag that has seen me through many a year and met the owes on court for what appears to be now a regular Tennis Sunday.

Myself,Issy Esaa, Zadie Mohamed, Isy from the Adam Generation, Lenny and Mams Wadee got together and hit some balls. It made a good soccer panel as during the changeovers as we discussed transfer issues etc. I just learned one thing, Sorry Hazrat, but the cheating came from a man with a Deree.Sorry Zadie but this weekend Im bringing in line judges and a cyclops machine that beeps everytime the ball hits a line lol

Anyway back to the footie. Was good to see the readers pull out names yesterday like Roy Pienaar and Adrian Kuiper, some historical moments there. But for Super Tuesday we will start with

Is Messi better than Ronaldo?
Simple Question. Penaltino or Messi, Who would you want on your team if your life depended on it? I will leave the readers to decide with your comments. Also great to see that with the blog we seem to have not had childish comments for a while. its a great thing and better for us...as readers as well as for the credibility of Swoosh. keep it up guys and Thank you for your tremendous support. My site meter reads 50 000 hits in over a year.

VAHZERZ Takes Swoosh to PINNACLE POINT, PAZULA and PLET

Well my Chairman Faried Saloojee will be endorsing my golf Tshirt and Cap on the Golf Course. With Gary Rahme's golfing post coming Soon Golf seems to be a second sport for most of the Lads. Freds played some top courses this weekend and Im waiting for his write up on how was his experience etc. I know Swoosh0018 will have a big following of golf on the Blog. He was joined by Jada and Ziyaad Cassim and he said....in the words of the blog it was simply Sublime...........
With regards to Liverpool while Im waiting for Ejaz and Co to resume let me just touch base on whats going on at Anfield. In my opinion. F#4kall. We signed Deggen and Dossenar. oh yes, Two f#4ken World Class signings. I dunno..f#4k. Im not optimistic. And it looks like I will have to settle for getting married at 33. No Title Im predicting this year. And we have lost Peter Crouch.
The only good thing thus far with Liverpool is the new grey kit. And Agger is fit.
Next week we will wait for Rashid Cassims Wahee
Its true what someone said, our measuring yardstick, the MANCS will make one impact signing like Berbatov and they will be stronger than us again, as if they already not.
Arsenal though seem to be losing their f#4ken time. Mohamed Bhamjee, Zam Ram and Oz....
I WILL SAY OPENLY ON THE BLOG. ARSENAL WILL NOT WIN THE LEAGUE OR EUROPE AGAIN. THEY DONOT HAVE A WORTHY SQUAD
Now talking about a squad, My favourites for the title this year are Chelsea. Deco and Ballack will be key figures I presume. And with Big Phil at the helm we have a winner. Plus with Christiano Ronaldo gone its the same for the MANCS as going to a party without your wallet. You cant play

HOCKENHEIM GRAND PRIX

As we pass the halfway mark of the season, the big three are tied at the top with 48 points each. It's clear that every point is important and this championship could be decided on the narrowest of margins. But although Lewis, Felipe and Kimi have equal points, the Finn is consistently the fastest. The defending champion has driven the fastest lap in 6 of the first 9 races.
This weekend's race is at Hockenheim where F1 has not featured since 2006. The circuit has been modified recently but still retains some long straights and hairpins with a few overtaking points. It lends itself to good racing and could be quite dramatic with the changeable weather conditions predicted.

WEEKEND SPORTING ROUND UP

TRI NATIONS
BOKS LOSE AGAINST AUUSTRAILIA

Azee and Seth ,when your father speaks to you..listen. Iphoned Azee on Saturday. He started citing injuries and a depleted Bok squad for the defeat.

Wing Bryan Habana pre-empted any criticism from afar on Saturday when he magnaminously took the blame for the Springboks' failure to score a try in their 16-9 defeat to the Wallabies in Perth.
Calling all Springbok supporters! Send us your Fan pictures and videos to fanzone@supersport.co.za and win great prizes from Sony and Sony Ericsson! Habana is at ease with the fact that supporters back home expect him to score every time he gets the ball within sight of the tryline, even if the rest of the Springbok attack was missing a few prongs on Saturday.
With the second half drawing to a furious conclusion, Habana could have really ruffled the Aussies if he had squeezed in at the left corner for a try that would have levelled the game if converted.
He seemed to have enough space for the try to be a certainty, but replacement centre Ryan Cross, on for injured captain Stirling Mortlock, pulled off a great tackle and Habana dropped the ball on the line. After consultation with television match official Glenn Newman, the try was quite rightly disallowed. It summed up a match in which the Springboks paid for a lack of attention to detail in their finishing.
Habana later called it a situation in which he would have expected to score.
"By my standards, in that situation I would back myself to convert so I feel that I let the team down and myself. We pride ourselves on our execution, but I wasn't able to finish the job off," Habana said without a hint of affectation.
Habana said the near miss had brought home to him the importance of taking every chance that came his way.
"At this level you don't get many opportunities. Things didn't go as planned for us today, we had a couple of chances that we didn't take and that cost us the game," he said.
There promises to be a nervous wait for the Springboks to see how serious Habana's shoulder injury, which forced him off after 66 minutes, is.
Schalk Burger, who as usual had the fur flying in the loose exchanges, went off with a neck injury after 49 minutes. No one is daring to contemplate that it might be a recurrence of the injury that kept him out of most of the 2006 season.
Burger hid a cracked vertebra remarkably well in completing a 29-15 win over Scotland in Port Elizabeth but then had to have an operation and there were serious doubts that he would ever be seen on a rugby field again.
It does not bear thinking about that a similar sort of injury could see the son going down on a glorious career.

CRICKET
TEST SERIES:ENGLAND VS SA

I pit stopped at Riyad Loonat on Friday evening. I went to deliver his fantasy trophies. We were watching the close of play and the AMLA vs Vaughn Catching incident, that sparked alot of controversy. obviously Hash being the man that he is began walking and in my opinion not doubting the England Captain Vaughn. Though replays clearly showed that Hash was not Out. Smith and Arthur ordered Hash back. The incident wasnt made easier after AB'S catching incident with Straus. It was good to see the doc getting all emotional out there with Smith, enhancing his passion to the cause.

In my opinion f#4k the English...Has showed sportsmanship, It was Vaughn thats was the MUGG. But England are reeling with two days to play

KAISER CHIEFS 1 MAN UTD 1
According to the theory of the presenter during Italia 90.
Chelsea drew with Man Utd. Man Utd drew with Chiefs ,therefore Chiefs are on par with Chelsea and better than liverpool

Obviously it was a game where the MANCS were not going to go all out and I was surprised that they had so many first teamers on hand. Maybe Ferguson was afraid of Cape Town after his incident from the last time. So he couldnt express himself and his tactics.

The draw obviously didnt stop the Liverpool fans from having a go at teh MANCS. Drawing against f#4ken Kaiser Chiefs.

But when I always talk about that Man Utd p#$@ mentality. We could see it on Wayne Rooney, going in recklessly and getting carded in a friendly.

Apart from that, lets see the bucanners, and what they can do come the week

OPERATION FIREFLY & HEAVEN IS A PLACE ON EARTH

Tonight i just wish to share with my members one of the projects we working on and trying to make crossroads and something I have experienced. As I said on my foundation I will write and be myself.

My intention is not to be disturbing or offensive to anyoneWe embarking on this project to assist burnt Children.

Recently I checked out this Burnt home for kids. Now Ive been asked by some. Swoosh! How do you handle these situations. Fair Enough its reality and not for the faint hearted or soft people..whatever, But lemme continue.

Im 31 now and Heck Ive seen life, lived life.seen the best of the best, the worst of the Worst but nothing prepared me for this. You know personally I have suffered setbacks, been knocked down and I used to ask myself, Why me. Its human nature. Often in life as human beings we become disgruntled and discontent. We always want more...or maybe I speak for myself.

Anyways lemme continue. So we went to this Burnt Unit. And I seen this kid.She must have been three. No this is not her pic. But there she stood. Alone ,,,,,,burnt to the bone. She was only three.

Her face was so badly burnt that I could just see her eyes,,,two holes to breath and her mouth...Jeez she was only three.Between you and I.....I stumbled out of the room for a while and there are those wakeful moments when you just put all the phoniness of life behind you. There is that time when all the crud of this world fades away. You stare into the mirror of reality for once. You sweep your problems aside in an instant, Your eyes get filled with tears and your heart feels heavy. You become grateful that God has given you the strength to make a difference to this little kid. And again When you see a person in this disposition smile..........You weep from inside.Where does she go...

What does she look forward to in life. I bet that she'd kill to be you and bare the burden of your petty problems which at any given point you see as major.Wouldnt she?

And then you see that will in her eyes. That will to Survive. It reminds me of a scene in last of the mohicansWhen he says...No matter where you go I will find You"You stay alive you hear me.No matter how long it takes, No matter how Far, You dont ever quit..You strive to survive, You stay alive and no matter you go I will find you, even if it takes a thousand years. In context,,You feel helpless...But you say TO YOURSELF...that I will come back and I will find you and help you and we will try together to make a Difference ....And thats Reality...So the Swoosh0018 Charity Foundation will find you...And we will make that difference even if it takes a thousand years trying,Thats our intention. So with your support and assistance we can do this. Il keep you posted on the developments of this project

Another moment Id like to share with you is my visit to the Johannesburg General Cancer Ward. The plan here is Swoosh0018 CF are going in with sweets and party packs to share some smiles. We still working on it...waiting for permission to Execute OPERATION CANDY LAND. So will keep you posted. My visit entailed a visit of the ward and got to meet a few kids. So we we will dream , we wil dream of you and Swoosh0018 will try their utmost best to make your dreams come true. So please everyone we need your support. In anyway if you can assist, with party hampers, sweets, money. whatever to make these kids smile please email swoosh0018@gmail.com

Again I have lost a few people close to me through Cancer. Im not gonna go there. But I can tell you one thing, I had a feel of the journey.Chemo supposed to make you feel better right, instead it makes you feel more ill. Now when a normal kid just has the flu.......they need to be cheered up. They need to smile. They need that support because for them its a mundane routine of being always sick. That one smile can change sadness. It can change and alter that horrid dayThats what the Swoosh0018 CF aims to do...We gonna go there and share some smiles....We gonna go there and make an inch of a difference.
Because theres a chance that these little kids can close their eyes and never wake Up

HAPPY BIRTHDAY -MADIBA

HAPPY BIRTHDAY.NELSON MANDELA.YOU TRUELY ARE A GREAT MAN.

A LEGEND THAT SHOOK THE BLOG. Every time we alopors eat Pandela we think of Mandela..nah man just kidding.

From a Sporting context there was no better sight in 1995 When Mandela wore the no 5 or 6 jersey and Hoisted the Web Ellis Trophy with Pienaar. He has united our Country. We dont discuss politics on this blog but for a man that has endured such struggle for so many years and to come out from Robben Island and still unite a nation its incredible.

Also Madiba is an icon that every great sportsman has bookmarked a meeting with. For them to meet Nelson Mandela is inspiring .
HAPPY BIRTHDAY NELSON MANDELA AND THANK YOU ON BEHALF OF Swoosh0018.com. We wish you well and please readers pay your tributes

UNCLE BAI GORA AND HIS TRAVELS

FIRSTLY UNCLE BAI GORA WOULD LIKE TO WISH NELSON MANDELA A HAPPY 90th Birthday. I think UBG played ball with Madiba once on Robben island
UBG's great great grandfather was cycling in Paris once with a Yellow Hehru shirt. Thus the Tour De France and the Yellow jersey was born

UBG in 1999 in Barcelona

What happens when you google UBG

UBG took part in the Royal Rumble and won. Everyone ran out of the ring when they seen UBG

UBG was the only man to pin the great Kali with a Hook the Leg

UBGS great grandfather was smoking a Banouw and he threw away the Ashes. Now England and Austrailia fight for those Ashes
