Besides the refs if i'm not mistaken Moggi was asking other teams not to play certain players (Zlatan at Ajax). If they appeal, the probably would get a point reduction but still in Serie B. Milan don't have a problem as they are still in Serie A. Juve on the other hand might be able to get a few players to go out on loan, but like arsene said the older guys can't afford to go out on loan cause if they only come back when juve are in serie a than by that time they will be passed it. Worst case it's a year before you get to serie a, but revenue lost to pay is going to be the key.
