ITALY VS GERMANY

Well tonight is big. We have made it to the Semi Final and I am for once ready for the result to go either way. Germany are tough and as hosts they are going to be even tougher. We definately have the depth and class as a squad to get the result and reach the dream of being in the final. The Semi Finals are always the worst place to lose because you are so near yet so far. Italy are refered to as underdogs for this contest and underdogs or not, Tonight the chaps will defend and fight for their lives. Cannavaro,Gatusso, Buffon and Zambrotta have by far been the players of the tournament and a lot will depend on them. As usual I will not say much on the eve of a big game like this because thats my superstition and habbit........................................................

Tonight is the night of Italian Football and we can surely expect a battle and a fight of epic proportions. As I said in my earlier posts, Never Write off a German . They are Fu%%$en Machines I tell You. They can pull results with the most Weakest teams. look at their track record. People have called the Italians lucky. Luck or no luck we are in the Semi's

We will have to stick it to them from the word go and only and only defend a two goal lead at most.

Lippi will probably opt for Buffon, Grosso, Cannavaro, Materazzi, Zambrotta, Perotta, Gatusso, Camoronesi, Pirlo, Totti and Toni. Nesta is injured and Danielle De Rossi suspended.
