FROM THE KOP END-INTERACTIVE

My plan has been for a long while now to get the blog to be more interactive. The reason being is so all the Muggs can put their money where their mouths are at the end of the season. Like Phil Thompson said the new breed of Liverpool owes just donot have that passion any more. He said that in the eighties the okes used to stand tall when they seen the Gates of Anfield. Let me single out the die hard Liverpool Owes that have been lambasting Juve And have forever remained true to be Red. They even made it through the Torben Piechnik era. They are Yusuf Bhamjee (Sportsworld), Coffee, Rashid Cassim, Ebie Loonat, Goolam Surtee, Ebie Jay, Waseem Koor, Fredz, Baboo Wadee and a few other okes.
Myself and Yusuf have been tight and he is one of the first chaps to Lambast me when it comes to Juve. So I said that I will Interview him first and punish him at the end of the year. Yusuf: I think I was about 10 yrs old

swoosh: Have you ever been to Anfield?
Yusuf: No not yet but I have seen them play live in London

swoosh: Who was the greatest ever Liverpool Player?
Yusuf: Kenny Dalglish

swoosh: What did you think of Graeme Souness, When he single handedly f&*ked Liverpool up as Manager?
Yusuf: as a player , one of the best midfielders Liverpool ever had . As a manager probably the worst !

swoosh: What has been Liverpools best signing in the past four years to date?
Yusuf: Xavi Alonso

swoosh: I see you went to Istanbul, as per ur pics. Tell us how was it when they were three goals down?
Yusuf: Terrible , thankfully it was only 3-0 at halftime . It could have been worse.

swoosh: And 3-2. What did you think ?
Yusuf: Shit....We can WIN this game !!!!!

swoosh: 3-3 extra time & Penalties. Must have been Sublime?
Yusuf: Total Euphoria !!!

swoosh: What did you think of Liverpools ARID ORANGE KIT?
Yusuf: I didnt like it but I bought one

swoosh: Was it worse than Man Utds ANC KIT?
Yusuf: Nothing was that bad.

swoosh: WHAT do you have to say to the UTD MUGGS. Do you think you guys will f*((k them up?
Yusuf: We should with the team that we have .TEAM OF THE CENTURY boys ....don't forget it .

swoosh: Okes are blaming Liverpool Players for Englands exit. What are ur comments on this?
Yusuf: Englands woefull performance in the WC was down to Eriksson . The players that he picked for the games . His formation was totally %$#&^! UP !!!
He was too negative . England probably played their worst football under Eriksson.

swoosh:What are ur views on Rafa . Will he ever be a Bob Paisley?
Yusuf: I think technically he is one of the best managers in Europe . His Champions League winning team consisted of NINE players that were there under Gerrard Houllier yet he won the biggest prize at club level . As for being a Bob Paisley ...I certainly hope so .

swoosh:Dont u think there is too much of a Spanish Influence as opposed to the Liverpool squad of the 80's . Team of the decade?
Yusuf: Football has changed a lot from the 80's . The teams of the 80's were mostly British ( English , Irish ,Scottish and Welsh) with a little influence of Scandanavian players . I think all the managers of the big clubs were British as oppossed to today .When English Clubs were banned from playing in Europe not many foreigners came to play in England but when they were re-addmitted foreigners started coming back. During the 90's there was an influx of foreign players plying their trade in the English game. Towards the end of the 90's the trend was getting a foreign coach to change the style of play to be more successfull in Europe. Arsene Wenger at Arsenal like Houllier had a very strong French contingent . Mourinho has a few Portuguese players . Rafa has the knowledge of the Spanish players and the players in the Primera Liga so naturally hes going to buy them . Today English players are overpriced by their clubs so if Rafa can get a better player cheaper from another country then why not !!!

swoosh: What do think of Rafa signings so far?
Yusuf: I think they will prove to be very good signings . Hes brought a lot of pace up front with Bellamy ,Gonzalez and Pennant . Hes also strenghtened up the back with Palletta and Aurelio . I think hes still looking for one more striker ( Kuyt )

swoosh: How could you guys not gone for AIMA, TREZEGOL, IBRAHIMOVIC?
Yusuf: IBRAHIMOVIC Aimar is an excellent player but with Alonso and Gerrard in midfield it would have been difficult to play them all . Rafa did enquire about Trezeguet but I think he was overpriced .I read today that Juve were looking for 40m Euros for Ibrahimovich !!!

swoosh: Pick out your stars for the season?
Yusuf: Bellamy , Ballack , Gerrard ,Henry & Rosicky .

swoosh: Dirk Kuyt? Talk us through this?
Yusuf: Good player in Holland but I have my doubts but I trust Rafa and he seems to think that Kuyt will fit into the current Liverpool team .

swoosh: What are ur Predictions in the Premiership? Be honest. So I can f$$% u up come end of season?
Yusuf: Liverpool to win

swoosh: And Champions League?
Yusuf: Liverpool to win .

swoosh: Do you honestly think Chelsea can honestly be beaten. With Ballack & Sheva?
Yusuf: Yes I do .They showed towards the end of last season that they can be beaten. Honestly they play #@$% football.

swoosh: If I were to tell you that Del Piero was coming to Anfield. What would be ur views?
Yusuf: I would be happy . He would bring a lot of experience and class to the team .

swoosh: Lastly will you pick the greatest evr Liverpool team throughout the footballing era?
Yusuf: G/K. Clemence, CB Hansen / Lawrenson ,RB Neal ,LB .Kennedy Midfield Gerrard /Souness, LW Barnes, RW Heighway.Strikers Rush /Dalglish

Yusuf: You should be happy because you know with or without Moggi we'll beat you again and again !!!!!
