What a sporting weekend. Apart from SA losing, a nice long weekend AND MAN UTD LOST, MAN UTD LOST , MAN UTD LOST. CHELSEA ARE 3 POINTS BEHIND AND ARSENE WENGERS DAUGHTER GOT MARRIED IN SOUTH AFRICA. BUT LETS START WHERE ITS HOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!
THEATER OF DREAMS.
Hoosain Mayet was not around, Biggy refused my call, Azee doesnt sms, Seth is is no mans land. But I just somehow knew that Pompey had the firepower to pull it off. I was at the Wenger recepion and the owes were using GPRS and giving us the updates. Guys were in Sakraat.Owes stopped serving and I was on the phone sourcing web developers to make the BLOG BLUE & WHITE. But as long as the MUGGS lost it was great for the title race. Now we just hope that Totti and his lads can finish it off in the second week. How was the Ferdinand own goal.

FROM THE KOP END.
I always said that that lity Dirk kuyt is something else. Myself and Rashid Cassim always agree on this point. But third place looks pretty much secure. I should maybe open up a post "FROM POMPEY, THERE ARE MIRACLES"
CHEL$KI
The Utd owes kept on saying that Carvalho's goal was lucky. Ok in all fairness Robinson coupulled it out. But I was at Hazrat taking out a 3G contract that comes with a DEL LAPTOP. I needed a Del laptop afterall. Hazrat Thanks for the deal, It is sublime . What a package. But as long as Chel$ki won. We were happy.....AND UTD lost
GUNNERS POINT OF VIEW
Wenger will at least breath easy after the wedding and Faaiz & Zam Ram. F$%k Off, You stinkers
EUROPEAN SOCCER ROUND UP
Barcelona lost to Zaragoza. Raul and Robinho got two points for Real. Well done Riyad. Seeing you at teh Emirates was good enough. In Serie A Inter lost but they are on course for a Schudetto.
FORZA JUVE
The pressure is growing on Didier Deschamps after this embarrassing stalemate with mid-table minnows Albinoleffe. The Turin giants had to do without captain Del Piero due to a muscular problem, but welcomed back Trezeguet from his ban. Albinoleffe certainly did not come to the Olimpico ready to be sacrificial lambs for the leaders, as in the opening three minutes Buffon and his defence scrambled to clear a dangerous Innocenti cross. When the Bianconeri did find a way through the ‘Leffe brick wall, goalkeeper Marchetti was on stunning form with a double point-blank save on Balzaretti and then Palladino’s follow-up. Yet it was ex-Torino Coach Emiliano Mondonico’s side that took the shock lead against the run of play. Former Parma youngster Ruopolo was left totally unmarked to turn past Buffon with the outside of his right foot. It lasted just six minutes, though, as Marchetti’s punched clearance only fell to Balzaretti for a spectacular lob from 30 metres into the empty net.
I hope all the Utd owes enjoyd there weekend. What happend 2 winning the TREBLE???
ReplyDeleteAre you serious bout the weddin thing.Wat is his daughters name n if she did get married wy wasn he present thanks
ReplyDeleteyou're right what a weekend. UTD still in control because of the goal difference, but that was an amazing og. Chelsea seem to just be scrapping through and keeping their heads in there. Roma is going to be a big game for UTD, if they lose than the confidence might go but if they get through which shouldn't be too difficult as all they have to do is score and not concede. Liverpool won, SA lost to the Bangalees and Arsenal losing. Is it too much but could Arsenal miss out on a CL spot to Bolton. Swoosh why don't you put the run in games for Chelsea and Man U up so that we can predict the scores or something like that. SA i think will still make the semis simply because they have played aus in the group stages while SL still have to play them but the problem with that is they prob will land up 4th and have to play Aus in the semis again, maybe third time lucky for SA against the Aus.
ReplyDeleteWenger was there i seen him, he flew in with a Private Jet...!
ReplyDeleteWenger pulled in with a Cream Limo, 1984 spec limited edition! mint condition, wat a car.... swoosh Opened the door for him on the red carpet!!! i seen that !
ReplyDeleteSwoosh... I did take your call!!! Just had my P.A to take it as i was busy. True what a weekend. What an own goal by Rio and Van the Man made the same mistake two games running. In what is the make or break time for our season, things are not looking good. Even though we still leading the table, we gonna have to win every game from here to secure the league, as Chelsea just don't drop points in a hurry. We desperately need to win against Roma and get through to the semi's. The treble is still on, perhaps optimistic, but still on. Now MAN UTD need to show courage and mental strength and hopefully come out with some silverware come the end of the season.
ReplyDeleteFAHEEM VEZHARZ SHUT THE FUCK UP WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU KNOW, WE CAN STILL WIN THE TREBLE YOU DUMB ASS, CAN YOU NOT SEE THE STANDINGS WE STILL FIRST WITH 2 VICTORIES OVER LIVERPOOL, LIVERPOOLS STILL THIRD, SORRY I FORGOT YOU GUYS STILL GETTING LAST SEASONS NEWS COMING IN
ReplyDeleteFrom my perspective, seems like 3rd place is fairly safe for LFC...
ReplyDeleteAs for the title... United are still the team with the points in the bag... effectively 4 points because of goal difference...
I just hope that by the time Chelsea v MUFC (second last fixture for both) play... it is all set up so that the winner takes the title....
Chelsea have toughter games till then, need to go to arsenal and newcastle... but i expect them to win both...
United have away trips to everton and local rivals city.... so it should be fairly tough...
All set for a cracking last few weeks of the title...
While all that is happening, LFC will be on their way to Big Ears Number 6 !!!
Mombhai
as is always the case, the anti-utd hoard like to dig in at dificult times like thes. yes, as a manc, it is dificult times, but not desperate times....we stil have our destiny in our hands. lets hope fergie can turn this around for us, n mak key decisions (one of them being dropping fletcher n richardson til the end of the season, n selling them off to partick thistle...if they'l want them). starting tonite, we will know if we can still dream. c'mon utd!!
ReplyDeleteIt was a shocker against pompey! Van der saar made the same error twice in a week? not good enough. the treble is still on,
ReplyDeleteto win the league we need to win all games so by the time we meet chelsea, it wont matter even if we lose to them. Champs league we got the away goal so it still looking good. the fa cup we should make the final probably against chelsea.
all is not lost, tonight will be crucial a win and the confidence is back, a defeat to Roma and the season could start falling apart.
AZEE

ReplyDeleteFerdinand an expensive donkey

Before you start having a go at me about my short memory, (I admit Rio has scored a few great goals against Liverpool in recent years) let me establish the facts about the very expensive central defender in question.
He joined United from Leeds, at a time when the Elland Road outfit had to sell their best players and so came across because he was forced to.
In recent times, he has held out on transfer talks to get more money, clearly showing the Old Trafford faithful that he is more interested in making big bucks than playing for our glorious team.
Then he forgot his drugs test, and the club paid him for six months while he spent money on a range of dodgy hairstyles and even wrote a book about how hard he is, and how hard it was growing up in the wrong parts of London.
Now the dodgy hairstyles are one thing, but writing a book about how hard you are, when you clearly can't tackle a good steak, leaves many of us wondering what Rio's definition of 'hard' is.
Useless
The English Press eulogise about his gracefulness, and the fact that he is a 'footballer' who takes the ball off strikers rather than kicking lumps out of them.
None of them has pointed out that at six-foot-four, Rio is pretty useless in the air.
And he can't tackle.
And he can't kick with his left foot and only plays in the 'right channel' at the back, whereas Wes Brown and Nemanja Vidic, both right-footed central defenders have to play in the left channel to protect the donkey.
Poor Rio tried to hit the advertising boards recently after the ref had stopped play without playing advantage.
Rio took careful aim at the one metre high boards that were about 10 yards from him, and unleashed a powerful rocket straight into row six that was about four metres higher up than the boards, hitting an old lady in the head!
Panicking
Donkey!
I am not panicking about the Portsmouth result - it wasn't ideal, but United are three points clear of Chelsea and have a better goal difference.
But Rio's performance worries me.
Vidic is out for a few more games, which means United have to rely on him to do the dirty work, and unfortunately there is nobody out there who can convince me that Rio can get stuck in.
He was out-muscled, out-fought and out-thought by Kanu and Benjani - a strike force that has done well this season, but should have been harnessed by the United defence.
I've seen hundreds of games like that before, and I promise you, I have never seen a worse own goal.
Down to the wire
Donkey.
Now that that's off my chest... The season will go down to the wire, and this week's Champions League matches could decide the Premiership title.
If either United or Chelsea go out this week, then their focus on the Premiership becomes that more intense.
Neither side can afford any serious injuries and when you are playing for a place in the semi-finals, players will put their bodies on the line and ignore the risks.
The season still has a long way to go and there are still a few twists and turns in store - I just hope there are no more donkeys involved in any more mistakes!
