EID has come and gone. Ramadaan had come and gone. I will miss this month.Although I must admit that a few days were belters. I was so looking forward to jumping into my car, Ghd'ing my hair. Going to the Lake,Spinning around Mint Road and Fordsburg. What was the Fashion this year.I was reflecting on the days when Freedom Shoes and Hooded Tops were in Fashion, Paisley Shirts and Sebagos.Boning the bass and skid grips and Supegas with a stocking.But then again I might get lambasted for saying it was a fashion Trend induced by Lenasians.Although I must admit Lenz owes marketed the cap with Metal on the head. On cloudy days only.The coloured Jeans.Im sure every one of you reading this blog owned a pair. I admit I had two colors.A dark green and a mustard Ha Ha.But never a purple or a purple and mustard. And No.I never wore my Jeans with the back pockets facing teh front.

The match in Sienna against Georgia seemed to have taken on some added pressure when both France & Scotland came away with victories. Italy had to win or else they risked elimination.This is the only group thats going down to the wire. the Scots beat Ukraine 3-1 at Hampden Park and France thrashed the Faroe Islands. Italy who dropped strikers Del Piero and Inzaghi played the tri quaresta formation with Quaglirelia, De Natale and Toni.Toni I thought had an exellent game and his reappearance obliterated the void that was left in his absence. Due to my illness over Eid I watched the entire game and it was Italy dominating from the Get Go. Pirlo's dipping freekick opened the scoring and in the end Grosso whom Im convinced has some family in Ermelo chipped to make it 2-0. All to play for now and Italy just need to draw against a rampant Scottish outfit who are playing with all heart. Faroe Islands will be a pushover.But we must beat Scotland.We must.And its at Hampden so Im a bit worried you know
