THEATER OF DREAMS
What can I say. We have to send 4 Turkish delights back as the MANCS were once again very impressive in Europe. The Teves & Rooney partnership seems to be paying dividends. The heelas, the flicks, the goals. We watched the game at Nescafe with Hazrat & Seth. There were other fans there for the showpiece. Nothing like watching a game with Strawberry Dacherys and the new bread cum Sub cum Pizza item on the menu. Hazrat wasnt wasting any time. But overall a good result that dumped Kiev and sent the MANCS through. Alot of the evening was spent debating on whether Carrick is a MUGG.
I thought Il post this earlier but Fordsburg is hectic at the moment as there is a live Hostage Drama taking place opposite PARK AVENUE STATIONERS as I type. Its like the Movies.
Elsewhere in Europe Arsenal didnt field most of their players and drew 0-0, but they virtually through.Roma got a last gasp equaliser in Lisbon. Titi was on target for Barcelona. Inter and Lyon also pulled off good wins. So the quarters will be exciting.....................
FROM THE KOP ENDMY NIKAH WILL TAKE PLACE IN MOSCOW IN MAY ON A SIZZLING EUROPEAN NIGHT
I dont know what to say. I think I used up all my AIRTIME last night smsing the KOP lads.Lets see Mams x8, Rashid Cassim 8 sms, Vis Kopout 8 sms .......and the rest of the lads
Go ,or Vis or even Hazrat I need to upgrade to Bundles. Please email me the rates. But Im shocked.8......8..

To pump a team 8 in Europe is phenominal. We have kick started the Champions League campaign. But whats on everybody's lips is where did this team come from. The lads unanimously agreed Why didnt we play like this from the Off Set.
To get 8 in Europe or in any game is f$%ken amazing. And this is the the top Turkish team in Europe.Bottom Line We had to start with Crouch.Look at the impact he made. Even Josi on the flank. Babbel, Veronin....Gerard. I dont know what to write Im so excited. Look we needed to win and Besiktas is a team that doesnt concede 8. It just shows how resolute our performance was. I honestly wont analyse tactics or anything of that nature. But we were f#4ken devastating
Look at the picture.....See the Gates of Shankly.Youl never Walk alone lads Youl never walk alone
The Jihad Abus vs Alis has started. The MANCS are always saying we dont pay homage when they play well and that we have jealousy and HASAD...I want to see one MANC today that pays respect to our victory...................LETS SEE THEIR COMMENTS.LETS see if their hatred runs deep.
THE WAR HAS STARTED AND THE KOP WILL LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND
TOMOROW WE WATCH THE MANCS AT CAFE NESCAFE FORDSBURG
TIME: 9:15 pm
TRY THE NEW DESERT TOMOROW.
8 TURKISH DELIGHTS IN RED SYRUP WITH A FREE CAPACINO
See you MUGGS THERE
Elsewhere in Europe good wins for Milan & Lazio. Kaka and Pipo on target. Milan then again in Europe are a different team. Chelsea and Madrid drew but they still comfortable. Valencia' loss was a shock. Good thing here is that Villa could be on the move
Even though Porto won,Im happy because we must beat Marseille anyway and let Porto Run rather. It would have been good if they drew but our fate is in our hands as it is so we must win both. I should have rather told Sasha from P.I.M to send us a pic in a Liverpool jersey with the number 8.

Liverpool show Rivals, You Eight seen nothing yet …
Liverpool 8 – Besiktas 0 – Now its not a Rugby match scoreline, but the score could lead to you believe so! Liverpool now hold the Record for the most goals scored European Competition, EVER. The Reds rocky European campaign has kick- started in awesome style. Supporters have been mulling over the lack of goals, and last night saw the players finally reward their weary fans with an 8 -0 thrashing of Besiktas. The strangest part of all is that the scoreline could have been more, and I say this without any hint of exaggeration. Crossbar The moment of truth for most fans came when Peter Crouch was announced in the starting lineup, the lanky striker experiencing a strange couple of months spanning from the Champions League final in May. But he weathered the storm and inspired his team-mates with his early strike and when Yossi Benayoun made it 2 – 0 , Besiktas seemed to have been dealt the killer punch, and never really created anything thereafter. Credit to Rafa’s Reds, they never let up and after half time , continued pushing and were rewarded handsomely for their efforts.
Yossi Benayoun scored a well taken Hat-trick, and always seemed to be at the right place at the right time, and seems to offer so much more than Jermaine Pennant, as he can score goals as well put in a fair amount of crosses. He certainly may have convinced Rafa that he should be starting more often, and at the very least on Saturday against Fulham.
Steven Gerrard was full of emotion and he carried the spirit of Olympiakos into this game, as the stakes were high and knowing full well the importance of the night. He even switched to his old “good luck” boots for this encounter, probably the pair that he scored the Olympiakos super goal with. And he got his name on the score-sheet albeit a somewhat deflected strike, but when Steven Gerrard forges forward with such purpose, the outcome is already written in stone.
Ryan Babel came on to score a weirdly wonderful brace, one a delightful back heel that had the Kop screaming for more. And he duly delivered, this time an attempted defensive clearance finding the back of Babel and sailing in just under the crossbar. Looks like he is back to his goal scoring best !
Peter Crouch sealed off the emphatic victory with a clinical header off a Benayoun cross, to give Liverpool the Record. A wonderful night for Reds Supporters worldwide, and a new leaf has been turned. This is the football we want to see being played. Now it all sits in Rafa’s notepad, whether he will field an unchanged side against Fulham remains to be see, though with Torres probably back to Fitness, Benitez will decide on whether He is fit enough, or should he be rested until 100% fit. Though when fit, Torres should start, “El Nino” and Crouch together could be the winning formula.
Liverpool’s eightrageous display might be the new Champions League record but is only joint fourth on their list of biggest European wins. Just to demonstrate the History of “Fortress Anfield” here are The Reds Top 5 scores in European Competition
Liverpool 11 Stromgodset 0 - European Cup Winners' Cup, September 17 1974
Liverpool 10 Dundalk 0 - European Fairs Cup, September 16 1969
Liverpool 10 Oulu Palloseura 1 - European Cup, October 1 1980
Liverpool 8 TSV Munich 0 - European Fairs Cup, November 7 1967
Liverpool 8 Besiktas 0 - Champions League, November 6 2007.
Let see Manchester United Beat this record… Well, they can try !!!
Well as my Teenage brother says : You eight seen nothing yet.
Well, 3 Points is all that matters, and the focus shifts back to the Premiership now as Fulham await on Saturday…
Ekse what u smoking swoosh, POrto winning makes the fools job much more difficult. doesnt matter if you won 20 nil. If porto would have lost fools would have a better chance ending second.
ReplyDeleteHere it starts again. One victory and u guys are champions of everything. As a Manc i dont watch shit but the scoreline suggests otherwise. Well done on ur victory but remember u not through yet. Swoosh we will always HATE u guys but unlike u guys we worry bout our team 1st then the enemy. Thats why we have more to scream bout
ReplyDeleteF@#k OFF Ekse Anonymous,
ReplyDelete8 FUCKIN SIKTAS!!!!!!!!
WE BACK AND REJUVENATED! WATCH THIS SPACE ALL YOU ANTI LIVERPOOL ARSEHOLES, KOPDROUGHT WE FLOODING U MUG
SIMPLY GR8!
ReplyDeleteI know that some of us are doubters and some of us are believers but at the end of the day we are all Reds that want what’s best for the club, its just that sometimes we don’t always agree on what that is. Last nights result and performance has given us all a huge lift and lets just hope that it gives the team a much needed confidence boost to kick on from here and show what they are made of. Bring on Fulham! i'd like to see an unchanged team taking on Fulham. Early goals are needed and well done Boyz!
ReplyDeleteYou'll never walk alone
A good performance, but that seems to be the problem with rafa. The question you ask, where was this team all along?
ReplyDeleteHe didn't have a choice but to play an attacking game... The win was a must and with his back against the wall he couldn't play his normal defensive style because a draw wud not have been good enough...
Besiktas capitulated under the pressure with some good attacking play. A good performance all round and to score 8 goals is a mean feat.
But yeah you guys celebrating like it was the final. Remember the game against Derby and the results since? You have achieved a brilliant result, but that is all.
Nothings sorted out yet.
And swoosh Besiktas are not the top team in turkey, they finished 2nd, Fenerbache are the top team in Turkey... Besiktas are struggling in their league as well, but it was still an amazing performance putting 8 past them.
Shakes
Question, how the hell could you scum lose to such a crap team in the 1st place?
ReplyDeleteWith all due respect Swoosh, Faaiz and I told you that night we watched the game at Nescafe that Besiktas are in the class of Slavia and Kiev so i'll give you scum due for scoring 8 goals but they a sh*t team that ahould have been hammered the 1st time round.
But you scum realise that by scoring 8 goals you probably won't be scoring for the next 5 games!
you flooding cos you drowning you dumbass.
ReplyDeletePOrto's win means you livin in a liver fools paradise.
KOP DROUGHT
cmon guys...give credit where its due... 8-0 in the champions league is a meant feat...well done to the liverfools (be honest all you mancs...last year you clapped roma and you guys though youd win everything!!)
ReplyDeleteAs for my team Chelski...eish we played shite...similar to the way we played at the end of the mourinho era...
Loks
Not true Loks... we klapped Roma but our reward was a semi against the Mighty Milan... I don't think any Utd fan was confident going into that game. And with makeshift central defensive pairing I don't think too many were confident of gettin past Milan.
ReplyDeletePersonally I was backing Milan...
And like I said Liverpool played well, they kept at it till the end, which was a 1st for them.
Shakes
Eight is enough. unfortunately you dont get bonus points here, so even by scoring 8, more importantly porto won. it was bordering on ludicrous toward the end when it seemed that every forward move was being finished with a goal. good to see some decent football being played by the reds but it would seem its too little too late. hope they can take this form through to the league and make a decent run on that. not impossible to qualify but this means that they have to win the 2 remaining ties. I have feeling that if the beat porto they will beleive in themselves to beat a marseille side that doesnt seem to offer much. nice to see crouchigol on target and rightly so, give the boy a chance and also i think arbeloa is guy too watch for the future.
ReplyDeletefair enough..Basiktas are 1 of the weaker teams in the CL, but the performance of the team was much improved..1st game in about 6 or 7 where the intent was made from the start..Liverpool were determined and the passing and movements were superb..
ReplyDeletewhat i noticed from the beginning was that our hoof players(carra, hyppia, riise) all kept things simple..there was no deperate pumping the ball forward even though we had crouch in the team.
Football is fairly simple if you do the simple things right..the chances were coming thick and fast because of the style of football that was played on the night.
Good performances all round from the boys...nothing is done and dusted as yet..we need to get results against porto and marseille..maybe then we can start getting a bit excited.
Memz
ALL I CAN SAY IT WAS SUBLIME AND LIVERPOOL ATE BESIKTAS
ReplyDeleteKOPOUT
Shakes if you supporting Milan how can u call yourself a Man United Supporter? u a TRAITOR!
ReplyDeleteBesiktas are the champions of Turkey, for heaven’s sake, and had their moment in the sun, the Champions League equivalent of a cup upset, in the corresponding fixture last month, when they won 2-1. Last night was pay-back time and it arrived with interest, a windfall bonus and perhaps some stock options.
ReplyDeleteIf you heard the commentator last night, Besiktas are the Turkish Cup champions... Zico's Fenerbache are the Champions...
ReplyDeleteWell anonyMOUSE I don't see you questioning Swooshes ability to support both Juve and Liverpool...
I have been supporting Milan since the days of the Dutch trio that ruled the San Siro in the late 80's so I am no new Milan supporter.
My heart will always be with Milan though.
Shakes
Mems is one Liverpool supporter who makes sense
ReplyDeleteAtleast we can take you seriously
Well done to Liverpool. It takes more than just something to score so many goals
But why are you taking this victory and comparing it to United
You guys are always making United your benchmark.
Concentrate on your own team first. Thats what a supporter suppose to do.
Like I always say most of you guys are ABUS.
You dont support Liverpool, you support Anyone but United.
You more interested in Uniteds records and results than your own.
Your victory got nothing to do with United.
I think Swoosh deep down wants Liverpool to be more like United but he just cant admit it.
To Herbly,
ReplyDeleteMajority of swoosh's crowd are People that support Liverpool and United, thats a fact...
The fact that United are mentioned doesn't mean that they are
the benchmark. If you go to United's website NOW, they have a story on Liverpools record breaking performance last night, so does that mean that Liverpool are United's Benchmark ?
Have a look, come back and THEN dish it out ...
Ejaz Khan
Ejaz
ReplyDeleteYou missing Herbly's point. He says you guys compare everything you do to United and that is a fact.
The United website cattying the scum story is a worthy News story, no comparison was done between the 2 clubs.
So understand the point before you dish!
herbly whose comparing it to your scum team?
ReplyDeleteOffcourse you comparing it to united
ReplyDeleteYou stating all your records and then asking can United achieve it
We dont care or ever set our targets in comparison to Liverpool
we concentrate on our game and that it, everyhting else is secondary
Worry bout Liverpool, thats who you supposedly support
Dear Ejaz
ReplyDeleteYou dont have to tell Herbly about Swooshs crowd or this blog. Just ask Swoosh himself.
I actually agree with his point.
Why are you asking if Man United can achieve Liverpools record in your article? They had nothing to do with your record breaking victory. When Man United demolished Roma last year nobody mentioned Liverpool.
No I think you guys are missing the point, 8 - 0 is the Bench Mark now..
ReplyDeletelet see United beat it, that what I'm saying...If United are so good and Liverpool are so swaak then scoring more than eight should be a breeze, isn't it ?
Manyoo okes always say that we mention United all the time then as I asked earlier, what is Liverpool's record breaking win yesterday doing on the United website ? I haven't ever seen a Man Utd triumph on the Liverpool website ?
I put the stats on to show you that it is not a fluke or first time,so I blocked y'all's source of gwaara's , but obviously that hasn't stopped y'all in the least !
Hehe, good on you Mancs,
Ejaz Khan
ejaz! u r one retarded paki! mufc putting it on their site means fuck all, or maybe they giving u scum credit?? u scum are too arrogant to do such a thing.
ReplyDeleteby the way...it is true that every time liverpool scum do something they think of united...y does swoosh wanna give us 8 turkish delights n none to the gooners or chelski jews?
N.T.R.D.
Guys..let's put this victory in perpective...wonderful win but that's done and dusted now...if we lose or draw any of the next 2 games we out of the CL..so i realy don't think that we should be celebrating too hard..Titles are not handed out now in Nov / Dec...we will be judged on what we did at the end of the season..let's celebrate this victory for it is..a wonderfull display of footie and and step closer to the next round..no more, no less.
ReplyDeletesome united fans are under the impression that we HATE their club more than we love ours.. that may be true in some quarters, but the same can be said about a handful of united okes...of course we dislike united more than any other club and of course we never want to see united achieve any sort of success...that's part and parcel of being a liverpool fan...and any united fan that tells me that they wouldn;t mind seing liverpool do well is talking the biggest load of kak or he's a closet chelsea supporter...you guys hate our club as much as we hate yours..that's the way it's been and thats's how it always will be..what i hate is how some supporters proclaim how they don't care how the other team gets along...what a bunch of shit..every united oke was cursing us last night, the same way we curse when you guys play..
So maybe it's time for some okes on this blog to climb of their fucken high horses..cause being a united or liverpool fan means a deep rooted dislike for each other..if you don't feel that way you were probably born in the 90's and have no clue about the history of the 2 clubs..
But there is no way that we HATE each more than we love our respective teams..i don't care what you might think...liverpool or united have and will always come 1st to the true supporter.
Memz
Im bit late.Wrote a hectic paper today.Anyway a sublime victory.Perfect answer 2 the critics. But we not there yet. That was a MAGICAL EURO night. . .2 all the utd owes why don't u guys give credit
ReplyDeleteI agree with u mems but i have to agree more with the mancs on this. We all hate each other and would love to see each other down under but the rest of us 1st worry how our team is doing and than worry about the rest of the other cunts. U liverpool guys worry bout everybody else 1st. I totally agree
ReplyDeletethe Highbury legend
Memz
ReplyDeleteBrilliantly defined there boet.
Another thing that comes to note is that some Manc supporters on here tend to have no basis for critiscm, and resort to childish personal jibes to compensate for the lack in ability to debate or discuss the matter on hand i.e Football.
I won't mentions names becoz TURD I mean NTRD will get upset
OOPS, my bad...
Sorry, I didn't mean to come down to your level, now you going to beat me with experience !
Ejaz Khan
Ejaz
ReplyDeleteI answered your question, the reason Scum's win was on the United site was because it was a noteworthy story. Scoring 8 goals is an achievement no doubt but why don't you answer the more important question and that is how could shite were your scum to actually lose to a team like Besiktas?
That's the burning issue because if you get knocked out it will all come down to losing to a pathetic team.
Another fact is that if you have an understanding of football you will know that an 8 nil result is a freak and not likely to happen on a regular basis. You can't make ridiculous statements by saying that if you're so good and we're so shite, which you guys are, then you should do it with ease. Everyone knows that not how football works! It's not about individual records but team success so i'll settle for ten 1-0 wins than one freaky 8-0 win and then 6 draws.
Seth
ReplyDeleteI would also settle for 8 1- 0 victories, no doubt.
But Its quite funny how it irks You guys so much THAT LIVERPOOL HOLD THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GOAL RECORD !
As for your foresight into the supposed 6 draws coming up,you should sell the winning Lotto numbers, you'd make some quick bucks !!
Just tell me who's gonna score on the weekend so i can set my Fantasy league team, please!
Ejaz
off topic for a moment..
ReplyDeleteDid you okes check the tackle that that benfica wanker did on the celtic oke..can't remember the names..if there was ever intent to break a okes leg that was it...
I hope they ban that oke for at least a year..i'm not a CELTS supporter but that was the worst tackle i have ever seen.
sorry last comment made by Memz.
ReplyDeleteEjaz
ReplyDeleteOnce again you miss the point. It doesn't irk us that Liverpool hold the record but we find it funny and have to respond about how guys like you keep comparing your shite team to us and want us to go and break the record. Like all us Mancs have said we don't care about the record, all we care about is our team winning.
Why don't you answer the burning question and tell us how your scum managed to lose to Besiktas in the 1st place?
Oh and if i told you who scores that would defeat the purpose of Fantasy Football now wouldn't it? BTW i see you don't play in Best of the Best for the EPL? You scared of running with the big boys?
Fuck all you man united cunts!
ReplyDeleteYou guys make me sick
E-jaags
To Seth and The Manc Okes,
ReplyDeleteThe last comment wasn't me, by the looks of it, some horny black dude
LOL
Ejaz Khan
Point Taken Seth
ReplyDeleteI'll try keep the liverpool write ups on Liverpool.
Memz, I hear that tackle it was malicious !
Why one professional would want to do that to another is scary !
Ejaz Khan
Memz
ReplyDeleteI saw that tackle too, F**KEN VICIOUS if ever i saw a tackle.
I was amazed that the Celtic oke didn't lose his leg.
Seth
ReplyDeleteYou know what's the worst..is that the oke had intent..he wanted to snap the okes leg in half..i thought okes only behave like that in LFA or WFA..he he!!..
another bad one was a couple of years ago when united were playing against XXXX..tackle involved smichael and irwin i think..but the was purely accidental..remember smichael saying that he had nightmares about it..he saw the okes leg practically snap in half..aina!!
Memz
