BIRTHDAY WEEKEND SPOILED BY LIVERPOOL LOSS

Ok, So its the first Gameweek of the EPL and it was excitement all the way. Knowing that Fantasy Ball has kicked in was even better.The guys were excited and sms's were flowing.

Firstly I just want to thank everyone for their warm Birthday Messages and wishes. It was an awesome birthday and the lads ,they know who they are made it a memmorable one. Geez I should call it an International Birthday. Got a special message from Romania and a call from Romania from Gheogie Hajees Agent he he...and We were bowling Flippers Shane Warne Style.
We got tips on how to bowl that Leggie and how to destroy someone with a Flipper.

Also its three years since the blog has started and I just want to post a special message to everyone also for their tremendous support on swoosh0018.com. Really appreciate. As I always said its the comments that make the blog and I cant Thank you ENOUGH. A great achievement that stems from the blog is the smiles we have put on so many kids faces through the Swoosh0018 Charity Foundation and again I could not have achieved this without your support.

So all in all....It was a fantastic Birthday

With an Italian at the helm I thought Chelsea wouldnt concede against Hull.But they did and early surprisingly. But then they let the Drog out.He levelled with a sublime free kick and maybe got the winner with some fortune. Great goal though it seemed. And Chelsea got their three points.

ALWAYS A GOONER
I shouldnt open my mouth on this blog. I just dont learn.I wrote Arsenal off and they thump Everton 6-1. 6-1 with Lescott. Scintilating performance by a team that always has the reputation of playing riviting football. Fabregas was instrumental and the whole Arsenal team was sublime. I watched the goals and they tore Everton. But lets not get carried away here.This Arsenal as theya are known are more than capable of going to lose against Stoke or Hull next Gameweek.

FROM THE KOP END
First thing the Alis said to me was Swoosh. How can Rafa play Benitez as a holding midfielder. What can I say. I have no words. I was just getting sms's the whole time saying how Pepe Reinna was saving Liverpool. Robbie Keane the b2#tard had a point to prove.
The first Spurs goal was a blinder. Gerard made no mistake from the spot and from a set piece we conceded a header. 2-1 to Spurs.0 points while the rivals get their accounts opened.Ebie Kop End phoned me and demanded Silva and more signings and reiterated how pathetic Liverpool played.
And a sour end to my birthday.

And Aston Villa surprising lost 2-0 at home to Wigan. And I expected Big things from Villa. Man City beat Blackburn 2-0 and Adebajour scored a Belter of note. Good wins for Sunderland and West Ham as well.

Whats disturbing is the transfer speculations. Is Cesc Fabregas going to Milan?Shakes,What have you heard. Barcelona bid for Vidic and I hope he goes to a bigger club and Arsenal zone in for Van de Vaart. Good signing

LA LIGA
In the Spanish Super Cup Barcelona went a goal down to Athletic Bilboa but thanks to Midfield Maestro XAVI they beat Bilboa 2-1 and secure the first leg.
