Swoosh0018 correspondent Farhad Mohamed was at the Bernabeu giving me live feeds between Inter and Bayern. He described the atmosphere as "Simply Sublime". He also met the Bayern Players

Watching it at home with the lads obviously yielded a different opinion. Myself,Freds,Ebie Jay,Aziz,The Timer and Swaar watched it at my place.

There was something lacking.No Juve,Liverpool,Barca or the MANCS, And Killa being the only Bayern supporter I know. The game was ok....BUT BELONGED TO THE SPECIAL ONE.

A sensational treble as his Inter side dominated Europe on all fronts. Two superbly taken goals by Diego Milito proved to be decisive with the second sealing victory for Inter and since Milan and Italian team has won. But Inter have one Italian,or two,or three. One on the pitch in Matterazzi.The core being South American. It was great to see the soldier of football Javier Zanetti lifting the Cup and the Special one enjoying his success. He is off to Madrid now as Inter are crowned the Champions of Europe

THE SPECIAL ONE

Its Inter Milan vs Bayern Munich in Madrid. A great final considering what was left. Even though I dont like Mourinho and admire the way Barcelona play football you have got to credit the Special One an his antiques. The way he revsthe media up and irritates opposition.And lets be honest this Inter team is gelling well. The game was ok and only burst Into life when Piquet sensationally scored for Barcelona.

Then it was game on. Once the Motta was red carded I felt Barcelona had the edge but as predicted Inter defended solidly and just let Barcelona play and dominate possession. The Ceasar save off Messi in the first half was crucial and had that gone in,Barca were away.Other than that Inter soaked it up and hoped to attack on the counter as predicted by many.And so the mighty Barca are beaten.Its good because at least this year we can have a final with two new teams. But for once the Great Messi and Xavi couldnt pull strings against Jose.What was Jose doing with Victor Vladez. A bit of  aheated moment there......And it was the special one who had the last laugh

On Tuesday we watched the Lyon vs Bayern game at nescafe with a friend from France.Jamaal. The man was gutted.I told him Lyon were shite on the night. 3-0.The man was gutted. As for Killa his Germans have made it to the final since Kuffor was hitting the ground.

But can you underestimate the Germans against Inter.Or Can we never write off the Germans

The mighty Barca have fallen. I had a feeling that Mourinho will pull the result off at the San Siro. But lets face it. Inter took it to them.Once they equalised after the Pedro goal it was all one way traffic by Inter commanded by Wesley Shneider.The Dutchman was masterclass.Inter were on the rampage and they exposed Barcas weakness in defence.They were in tatters. Messi coudnt do f34kall. Xavi couldnt pull the strings.Ibrahimovic was k34k. To do further damage Barca conceded a third. Unless something special is done in the Camp Nou the defending champions are on their way out. Knowing Mourinho he will be ready. Tonite we see a battle between Bayern and Lyon.

How fitting that it was Bayern Munich that exorcised the Ghosts of Munich. And when it was 3-0 I said to the lads at nescafe........NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER WRITE OFF THE GERMANS

Then in 2006 Jose Pekerman wrote off the Germans. And true to my word the Germans clawed back to 3-2 and DUMPED the MANCS out of Europe. A great thing but more important a great night of European football

The atmosphere at Nescafe was lekker, A good crew, I arrived there 7 minutes later.Looked at the score and said What the Fuck.The Mancs 2-0 up in 7 minutes. Nani the chief architect. Bayern were lost, Ribery,Shweinsteiger,Robben all lost. And then Nani made it three after good work by Valencia on the wing.3-0

And I kid you not you can ask the crew I said to them. Its not Over.Never ,Ever, And I mean Ever underestimate the Germans. Ollic made it 3-1. It just shows how important an away goal is in Europe.

Its precious. Rafael I say is a MUGG because he had Rooney sqaure to bury the tie.All he had to do was pass and then he gets himself sent off. You cannot get red carded in a match of that magnitude. The space then gave Ribery and Robben the freedom and Robben made sure that Bayern advance with a CRACKER. Killa the German man sprung into life ,the whole of the upstairs section of Nescafe roared apart from Seth,Ackalwaya and Jack.....

Game Down......At that point I said let me update the facebook status.But as superstitious as I a I didnt want to Jinx it. With about 15 minutes to go and stoppage time, There was however one fear....The Ghosts of Munich.When the final whistle blew the ghosts were exorcised and the MANCS dumped out of Europe.

MESSI THE GREATEST

Arsenal were hit by Messi.They grabbed the lead and thought OK !We can do this and then the one man that Im sure they wished would be quiet rose to the occation in a master class display which leads usto the question. Is Messi the Greatest of all time.We have often debated what makes a player great.I believe its performing in the Big Stages and making it look so simple.To rise above the rest. Penaltinho ,Rooney..I feel you cant compare.Messi is class,He makes the ball stick to his feet, His skills,his pace. I mean look how he was running through Arsenal, nutmegging defenders, turning them inside out.He makes world class defenders eat grass.He did it too Canavaro and many greats. Arsenal had no answer and the only time he looked like he wasnt going to score if he was off the field. A pure magician.All of his goals.

But the question is ,Will he be the greatest of all time or just the greatest of his Generation.

Today we have technology, the boots, the balls , energy enhancements ,training methodoligies and fitness programmes. I mean Pele and players of his time like George Best didnt have these things.Or is it a case  that you are great irrespective of the times as the ball is round and its what you do with it.

So is Messi the Greatest Ever.That is the question.

THE LITYS TURN UP LATE

Arsenal surprised many last night and drew with the mighty Barcelona at the Emirates Stadium. We were at Nescafe and in the mix was die hard Arsenal man Faaiz Oz. And in the first fifteen minutes he was in Perishaan. We told Husein from Nescafe that the TV wasnt working and moving to our right. We said everytime it comes close to the Arsenal 18 area ,the TV doesnt move to the right. "We cant see Victor Valdez. Oz and Moosa Areff phoned each other for support as the MUGG Aluminia who verkooped them in the weekend was pulling out belters from Xavi and Co. And it was the Mugg Aluminia who raced of his line when he actually should have stayed on it. Ibrahimovic who the lads were saying is shit calnly chipped him. The second was a devastaing finish from Ibra Cadibra. Arsenal defence were split. After the 15 minute onslaught though Arsenal began clawing their way back to their credit. I mean they couldnt just stand up to this barage.They needed to step up and they did. The introduction of pace and Walcott put Arsenal back in. Oz was smiling but they needed one more to be back in the tie. And in the end Puyols foul on Fabregas and the ensuing penalty which the Spaniard converted soundly. 2-2. The red card was just an appalling decision.So great saves on either side and although Barca have two away goals,Arsenal are back in the tie when at one stage they were totally out. The question is can they score at the Camp Nou.Perhaps they can with Piquet and Puyol missing. Lets wait and see.

In the other tie Schneider set up Milito for the only goal as Mourinho remains on course for his quest to win the Champions League.Great result for Inter.

VAN DE SAVE

What a night of European Football as there was plenty of Ta Killa. We rounded up the lads and watched at Cafe Nescafe Fordsburg to watch the MANCS lose.....and lose they did. Killa the German Man,Mo Cassim,Seth,Mini & Azee Moolla. It was a big night for Killa and when Wayne Rooney netted earlier on the MANCS were in the driving seat.An away goal ,an early goal and well set.

As the first half wore on Bayern pressed on and I must be honest, a Bayern victory looked bleak.

But then Man Utd fail to show up. I said to the lads this is very uncharacteristic and the MANCS are shocking.Bayern were forcing there way through and Van De Sar was saving the MANCS.

Then Perhaps the Ghosts of Munich called it a night.How ironic that it was in Munich and a crude deflection of a Ribery freekick was the only way to defeat Van De Sar.

No Ghosts again as Vidic rattled the cross bar in what surely would have changed the whole tie.

And in a twist of fate or as they say when the laakrie hits you,Bayern avenged the concept of stoppage time and stole from the MANCS through Ollic who finished calmly and send the MANCS to defeat. Shocking defending by the MANCS....Im sure the toppie Fergie must have been cursing that complacency. Although its not over,the MANCS definately didnt deserve to win....But they have the crucial road goal and England worries now on the injury of Wayne Rooney.

So Chelsea are gone again. Terry cries again and the f#4ken Drog shows his poor sporstmanship again.Pathetic from the Drog.First he had it with Barcelona and the MANCS and now he gets sent off again. Credit to Inter though, I hate them alot but Zanetti and Co were outstanding. They showed Chelsea the Italian way of playing in Europe.........

The positive thing though is that Jose is there and there will be some excitement. It wasgood of him to say in his press conference that he felt bad for his old club but somebody has to lose.

Inter were class on the night and so was Wesley Shneider. The dutchman was surplus to Real Madrid but having a blinder. And when Eto put Inter in the lead it was bye bye Ancelotti.

Also another surprise result was CSKA Moscow defeating Sevilla.Kaoute and them are also gone.

As for tonite.Will the name Cacauw reign supreme and can Stuttgart provide a shock in the Nou Camp

CITY OF MILAN IN TEARS

For now..The City of Milan must be in tears.The Catwalks are bare and the greats like Baresi, Massaro,Maldini, Gullit,Rijkaard,Van Basten,Costacurta and Boban and the likes all crying.Its dark for Italian Football.
The MANCS are smiling and rightfully so.Thumping Milan 4-0. And Wayne Who. Wayne Fucking Rooney.The man has been in the form of his life.
But Milan were horrible.They just didnt have an answer on a European night where you could see the Ghosts of Munich Decend.
Even though the leagends of MILAN CRY all credit to Man Utd for f#4king Milan up. Also Fletcher seems to be a BIG Game man as the man whom I always rate as shite scored his first goal in Europe. Also it was great to see the reception David Beckham got from the MANCS at Trafford. For me I wanted a Milan victory but I always respect the better team and if you are shite you need to go home

Penaltinho and them are gone. I phoned Riyad Loonat and started blasting him. After their performance on Saturday night I thought they would qualify. I said to Riyad

Earlier on I told Faaiz Oz to come to Exclusive books so I can buy him a labguage book on how to speak Portuguese and say "We got f34ked up in portuguese". Also I blasted him and Moosa Areff  on how can a 40 year old man Sol Campbell start in defence. I was wrong from the start as Arsenal came out rampant. The little Arshavin was menacing and instrumental as Arsenal went 2 up playing attractive ened to end soccer. It seemed for a while they were sweating as Porto threatened to pull one crucial goal back.One goal and the whole game changes. But step up Samir Nasri with a brilliant effort to see Arsenal through. And maybe just maybe Arsenal can go on and win the premiership.Its possible as they have a great run in. But Wengers men go to the quarterfinal and can they focus and make it further.For now a great display.......to overcome Porto..............

I must say im surprised at Milan to concede three at the San Siro of all places.
When Ronaldinho scored in just 3 minutes I thought thats its.The F34ken MANCS are gonna get buried.

Anyways Milan kept on spurning chance upon chance and if the cruel lady from the wealest link was at the San Siro she would have told Dida in that cruel voice.

He f#4ken dived in slow motion as Scholes cored with hsi shin. Pepe Reyna or Buffon wouldnt do that.

Im busy researching the Europa League as Juve and Liverpool could be the first ever Champions of this Competition

What a dark night. My lowest moment as a Juve Fan.I know Im gonna get a pounding on the blog...especially from Killa....4-1.We were pathetic. I was on the Juve forums and many Bianconeri were saying that why didnt Ciro Ferarra didnt bring on Giovinco and why did he take off Del Piero for Poulsen.Poulsen was pathetic ,Really Pathetic.

On Wednesday was another dark night as Juve were outplayed against Bordeaux. Out of depth.
I was liasing with the German Fan Killa and now we have that decider in Turin.Juve need a point in Turin. The pressure is on,Will we do it. The nerves are there. But we have Fabio Grosso..So Killa must be shakin in his Boots.

The MANCS lost but they through already. Chelsea are also through. And Madrid are beat Zurich 1-0.Milan drew and their balls become as heavy as Juves.
And there is a possibility that Fiorentina might be the only team representing Italy as all three big boys are 50/50.
Lets see what happens

Imagine that,Liverpool football club out of the Champions League in the group stages. It was our competition.Something Benitez has done so well in over the years. Dubbed by me as the European tactical genius his tactics, continous playing of Lucas and baffling rotation policy has cost us a place in Europe.
Its just not right. We dont belong anywhere else.

MATCHDAY 4-LIVERPOOL NEED A MIRACLE

Well, What can I say.We have our backs against the walls and mathematically it is not impossible. The way I see it ironically our fate lies in the hands of Lyon and we have to beat the team with the D...and Fiorentina at Anfield. Possible,Yes, But its pressure and out of our hands and not the ideal way to qualify.

And it was so closs.....Thats the sad part. But as I said ,If you leave your shop open and expose your Wepaar,You will get MUGGED.

We watched the game at Nescafe,Myself,Seth and Ebie Loonat, a passionate Liverpool Fan.We were also teleconferencing with some Kop owes like Vis Kop Out,Rashid Cassim etc. And it was unanimous that what was Veronin doing on the pitch. Lucas we gave up.....And why was Ben Ayoun played on the opposite flank. Another Rafa rasper

Veronin is terrible,shocking.He was responsible for missing a sitter in the first half. As the second half progressed,patience grew thinner and again we were questioning Rafas decision of not bringing on Babbel or starting Babbel and where was Aquilani....Why isnt Rafa not playing him.

When Babbel cam on and scored a belter the nerves was shot. Ebie said With Liverpool you never know...its always pressure...

And in the end f34ken Kariakos lunged and dived like a mad man and a cool finish by Le-Lo....What a sunnat beard the chap has....and in the 90th minute we left the doors open and told the thieves come steal.

Cesc Fabregas again was fantastic as Arsenal were a joy to watch once again. They look like they are on their way. Inter came back from 1-0 down and Barcelona drew and are struggling surprisingly.They still have to play Inter.

I put on my facebook status that the MANCS are losing. I am convinced that the Ghosts Of Munich come down on hallowed nights at Old Trafford.I mean how else can it happen. An own goal at the death.Its the Ghosts I tell you. I always say it and it was said to me by a Man Utd Fan from the Man Utd Suppporters Club.....
United 3-1 down and they come back 3-3.
What ,When,How.It has to be the Ghosts.It has to.
Effenberg and Kuffor Cry when this happens Azee.
And the MANCS get a point and are well on their way....to the next stage

Great win for Juve in terms of the group as they beat Macabi Haifa 1-0.Not convincing but 3 BIg Points. Next we host Bayern and then Bordeoux.
That leaves Bayern Munich on 4 and Juve on 7. So if we beat Bayern we are through. Its a tough group. If we lose against Bayern then the game in France is Do or Die.

In the San Siro Milan and Real Madrid drew in a big clash. 1-1 it stayed and the two clubs should navigate their way through to the next phase.
Has Kaka suffered the curse of Madrid.When he was at Milan he caused Mayhem.Tonight he looked pretty ordinary.

And Chelsea earned a point as the Drog made his comeback and netted two only for Aguero to equalise later on.

Christiano Penaltinho Ronaldo. Finally I realise how these fantasy okes had it when you could pick him. Now that he is not a MANC the lity is delivering.Reports also suggest that he is no longer the arrogant lity that he was when he was a MANC. Captain my Captain. Nothing wrong to pick him up now.
What a display by Penaltinho as he ran riot for Madrid against Marseille.Playing with Galacticos is maturing him. He has made a great start. Good win for Madrid.

The MANCS were equally impressive against Wolfsburg. I was happy when they were a goal down but as soon as I opened my fat mouth Giggs equallised.Then Carrick sealed it. It was a stubborn Wolfsburg side mind you. But hail Ryan Giggs, at 35 he is still producing magic.
I posted a video once and I remember quoting Del Piero. Del said he had tears in his eyes when he seen Ryan Giggs.He also hailed Giggs as great.Respect to Ryan Giggs.

In the other big clash for me Juve drew against Bayern in Munich. We sit 3rd on two points but I think coming away unscathed from the Aliance arena warrants a decent performance. Although RIbery was running circles. When Robben was substituted Grosso was able to breath and attack more offten.Swheinsteiger missed a glorious chance as well as Klose. But If we beat Maccabi twice we should be mounting a challenge. And the way its panning out that last game against Bordeoux is a final.

Nicholas Anelka provided Chelsea the solitary victory as Ancelotti marches on and ..................

Is Lucas Brazilian. On a late night at Kentucky Milk Bar in Fordsburg when we wacking the chow and having that steak and cheese we are watched over by the Brazillian 1970 posters. And as a lity when you played ball and heard the word Brazillian it only defined one thing......skill and flair. Inter were surprisingly held in Russia and Mourinho is under heavy spot light with the Media

And why lie ,I watched the Arsenal Game. Great Football and great to watch. I thought they would be denied by an outstanding night from  the Timer Niokpolides....But the George Clooney look-alike couldnt handle Arshavin and Co. It was coming

So off to Turin for me now and the nerves are shot as we square up against Bayern. But we have Fabio Grosso

Jeez,It looks liek a heavy shooting draw.Liverpool against Juninhos Lyon and a unpredictable Fiorentina. Juve against Bayern Munich. Me vs Killa.Barcelona and Inter in the same group. Another interesting group is AC Milan ,Madrid,Marseille and Zurich..Difficult to pick a group of death. Oh yes one thats certainly not Group of death is the MANCS group.Im not being biased but I think the MANCS and Arsenal have it the easiest.Your Views
