"THREE LIONS ON A SHIRT, JEWELS RIMET STILL GLEAMING. 40 YEARS HAVE HURT. BUT NO ONE STOPS US DREAMING. ITS COMING HOME, ITS COMING HOME, ITS COMING FOOBALL'S COMING HOME"
BADEN BADEN -FORDSBURG: Let me tell you after Italy, England was my second team and I was absolutely gutted on Saturday. Gutted. It was too sad, too fucken sad. Every time, Every bloody time this happens. England Out on a penalty shoot out.
I foned the two lions staright after the game.
azee "We are shattered, Every Fucken time, The Bastard Sven Must Fuck off...................."
The Guvnor "This is not on, definately not on. Not like this. We are shattered here"
Well what to do boys. What to do. Once again I sat there watching the TV and not saying "F*&kall" . Two penalties to the good and they go and stuff it up.
A fan said that he would bet his life on Gerard scoring the penalty.
I agreed with the two lions whose whole analysis summed up the night. WHAT THE FUCK WAS SVEN THINKING. I mean how can you make such negative substitutions. How can you take Joe Cole , your player of the tournament off. Aron Lennon. Why take him off. Since when does Jamie Caragher take penalties.
"How can you let Frank Lampard kick the first penalty. The mans confidence is in the toilet and you let him step up first. What was Sven thinking" The Govee:-
" Take fucken Lampard off. He' s done Fuckall for us in the whole tournament. -Azee
You know what I would have done. Thrown Theo Walcott on with 15 minutes to go and say Lightie, Go and get us the miracle, I would have taken Lampard off. Let Hargreaves sit in the hole and Gerard roam.
Where was Peter Crouch. He had to start.
FU$%en bleak day I tell you. Regarding Rooneys sending off. That Mugg Christiano Ronaldo provoked the whole fucken thing. Yes he did stamp Carvalho, but what business did that squealer have to do with the ref. Ronaldo is a good player but his antiques were to get Wayne Rooney sent off for the night. Latest news I heard that he is not welcome in England anymore and is on his way to Spain.
Sven yesterday appealed to the nation in the aftermath of BECKS RESIGNATION. "Oh people of England. I am Sven Goran Erikkson. I am sorry for England, Sorry for the fans and sorry for eveything. You all need Wayne Rooney. The country needs Wayne Rooney. Do not do unto Wayne what you have done to Beckham. His heart was in the right place, just at the wrong time"
Look it wasnt his exact words but thats what he meant. I will now say goodbye to Sweet Chariots sung in the crowd, the flutes the drums, God save the Queen and Gary Neville looking down during the national anthem, Posh in the stands with Ashley Coles chic, Footballs coming home.
I was going to write lots more but there is too much pain involved here. Fortunately for me the Azurri are still there.
Come oN Engeland, Come on
The Damaal/trouble also ensured in the latter part of the evening as the English threw bottles, and beer and started plenty of tofaan. Wonder if they will do it in SA. I think our owes will send those ba#tar^s flying
So long England............And the two lions will soldier on
As an Argentina supporter I am totally pissed off for several reasons.... first, we should have killed the game off earlier, we were definitely the better team and should have been more clinical.... second, peckerman made shit decisions (he was slightly unlucky to loose the keeper and a substitution, but still went defensive way too early)... and third, why the hell is nobody commenting on the "home-town" decisions made by the ref, maxi rodrigez was brought down in the 88th minute, should have got a penalty, booked instead.... no one will remember our 6 nil drubbing of serbia, no one will remember the wonder goals we scored, the world was robbed of seeing this great team lift the trophy... truth is they just fucked up !!!
ReplyDeleteAs for England, lets face it, they never showed anything in the tournament to justify why they should still be there... blame Sven, blame rooney, blame becks, blame the fuckin queen if you want, truth is, best individuals England have had for years and years... but no cohesion as a team... Sven is an idiot... but England also showed no initiative... lets see what McClaren does....
Italy had the easiest route to the semis compared to the others... but, they have shown some mettle and are very tough mentally etc... lest see if they get past their first real test !!
As for Brazil v France... STAND UP FOR ZIZOU !!! What a fuckin star !!! Showed Ronaldinho and co that he is still the best player on the planet on his day... to think that he is nearing the end of his career and to puul out a performance like that.... he ranks as an immortal football legend along the likes of Maradona !!!
All in all, the quarters were an emotional roller-coaster filled with ifs and buts, for many the tournament will now be about enjoying the soccer as thier teams are no longer there... for others, their teams are 2 wins away from WC glory !! Lets hope that the rest of the WC is won due to pure footballing brilliance and not due to shit refereeing or poor tactics by the managers... we want the players to take centre stage.... Each of the teams have midfield maestros (Ballack, Totti, Zidane, Deco/Figo).... which of them will take their country all the way ??

da da dada dada! england england england!
ReplyDeletewe still singing for england!
Sad to say good bye to becks as the skipper.
weve been through this before, it used to be the germans in penalties but now its those poras!
good the yobs went on rampage.
It looks like it's going to back to three lions on the shirt. having seen them on Tele last night you can't but feel for them. I never liked them because they thought they were going to win and i think that it will take awhile for them to feel that way again and thats why i would like to say that i am now an official england supporter. Good luck Itlay i hope you guys so on to win this thing as i will always have a soft spot for you guys. Kick those Germans where the Argentinians did after the game. france have been in form but the age has got to show at some stage, Portugal pose a threat but ultimately it's got to be Italy from here on in. It's been too long and witht the side that Lippi has he has managed to blend youthwith experience. Iaquinta will score the deider tonight and the winner in the final and emulate great italian strikers of the past.
