FORZA AZURRI
I was at Faaiz Oz's place on Saturday Night. In the Parishaans until the last ten minutes. We were made to sweat against f#$$ing Faroe Islands of all people. I said to Faaiz. Its f#4ken cold and rainy there. Give the owes a break. Super Pipo put us 2-0 up but then a host of chances were spurned especially from Christiano Lucarelli. Del also missed two glorious chances. And ten minutes form the break Italy were caught napping and it was 2-1. A wonderful save from Buffon in the last kick of the game secured the three points and its off to Lithuania on Wednesday. The only thing good about the game was the Long Sleeve Italian Top...
Forza Azurri
Wednesday is another Day
ENGLAND VS BRAZIL
The return of Becks. First of all what the #$ck does Mclaren have Stuart Downing in the team for. I mean.Come On guys. This Mugg doesnt even deserve to be there. Your owes view on the Downing situation please. Enlighten me! But how was our boy David Beckham. I met some owes this weekend that said Becks was sh$#. I disagree. The mans delivery was superb. And England for once in their life this campaign had some formation, some Mohabbet. This is what David Brings to the team.........England despite conceding looked a better England than what they were...Now with Becks whom Glen Hoddle says can play for England till his 39 need to see off Estonia.....I think this will be done...
EURO 2008 ROUND UP
I was at Faaiz Oz on Saturday Night watching all the Euro Games. F#$k it, Ribery and Bilal scored for France and from an Italian perspective I would have love to see the French F$%K up. But a good win against a resolute Ukrainian team....
Spain were on song again and Germany hit San Marino for 6. Ryan Giggs bowed out of the International scene as the Welsh earned a good 0-0 draw with the Chzechs.
I met Joseph Desiree Job on Sunday and he said, Stroker "AH SAY AH AH SAY Did you see Nani's goal.It was spectecular......"I said AH SAY Job I never knew your granny played soccer". he said "NO Nani that plays for Portugal. "
To be honest the way the guys are going on like he scored something spectecular. Ive seen better.
A good win for the Portugese who are touted as favourites to lift the trophy in Switzerland next year....
Lets see what happens on wednesday now
And how was the Denmark vs Sweden Game.3-3 but awarded to Sweden because a Danish Fan ran on to the pitch....
LOCAL FRONT.
Despite the Benni Saga I see Azee and Co have stuck by their guns. The Toppie Perriera is standing firm at the Helm. But I heard the toppie was sick and in hospital last week. Rumour has it him and Danny Jordan had something to eat at Bismilla's and the toppie started barking at owes outside after the chow. But 4-0 at home. Thats emphatic. And Hows Sibisio Zuma . What a Player. And Biggy Jerry Sikhosana was prolific at Pirates. Also what the 3$ck happened to Brian Baloi. Is he the new bad guy in Spiderman 111.
But well done to the toppie. But on that Salary I will give my All.So far so good. I still dont think the Toppie can make that big of a diff. But lets wait and see.
no doubt becks made a big difference, he made the goal. Look at Real's form the man right boot is second to none. Swoosh couple new signing on the international front, Nani Anderson , Hargreaves, Pizarro, no updates on the blog wuz vying on ...
ReplyDeleteFock The Pomies!
ReplyDeleteBAFANA BAFANA 4-0 CHAD
Now thats a result. A convincing victory. When last have we scored 4. Looks like BAFAFA is heading in the right direction. Only question that is on the tip of many tongues is will Benni be back in the side?
TU TU DUT TUT TUT TUT TU DUT
(the Vovoozela's Going Crazy)
England are just kak. Firstly how can McClaren not have David James between the poles. Has he not learnt that you cannot play both Lampard and Gerard in the same team. True they both deserve to be in the England squad, but both of them playing does not work. Becks showed his quality as a footballer, one pin point cross is all it took. Thats the diff of having Becks. He has a right foot of note, not to mention that his hard working.
Did anyone see Nani's goal. Class. He looks a little like a Somali with a Mowhawk.
Pardon the language, but it wasnt the same MUGGS we were watching. Normally its a rather painful experience to watch a bafana game. You sit back in the comfort of your arm chair, and you constantly hit your head and exclaim : wtf is that guy doing???
ReplyDeleteand slowly your mind drifts to those block park days: hmmmmmm maybe i can do better if i played for Bafana... then it changes to... maybe i wont be better, but how much worse can i do???
But this weekend was different...Bafana Bafana were AMAZING this weekend. Guess what?? We actually had a plan, and we stuck to it. Patient build ups - we cut out all the stupid tricks, and the back 4 moved with absolute german precision.
Yeah its just one home game, but this performance has inspired hope thoughout a country.
watching the post match on SABC, every sms after the game said the same thing: F benni and his pride. He has forgotten where he comes from. We dont need him. We have a team with HEART
Well done Bafana

ABR: It would be tough for the National coach to ignore the likes of Benni. Clearly the coach wants him. His a quality player and could only add to the Bafana setup. All benni wants is his name cleared. We don't know what happened at the Nations Cup when all this went down. Perhaps Benni is right. Guess only time will tell.
ReplyDeleteBiggy : i agree with you 100 percent. he would really add major value to the Bafana team. It would be stupid to ignore him.
ReplyDeleteBut this is a question of pride...
Personal gratification VS National Glory.
Is the Man bigger than the Country, or should he shut up, swallow his pride and put a falg over her face and do it for the country?
2nd highest goal scorer in the EPL...
I can understand why the coach wants him in the team, but tell me.... on matchday, Would you choose a crying superstar, or would you rather play someone thats willing to give his left nut just to wear the national Jersey???
ABR
Becks was awesome. England need the guy! The lads through it away at the end!
ReplyDeletePereira has made a huge difference in 6 months! in the past we would have eaked out a result against chad! this was a dominant showing! swoosh u must eat your words!
We need a quality striker and at the moment Benni is the best we got! if the guy dont want to play we have to back a local guy and see what he does!
Swoosh what Crap are you talking, you mentioned nothing about granny when we spoke.
ReplyDeleteSome times you pull things out off your .......rse
The goal was an indication of what to expect to all you ABU's
By the way read in the papers today that Liverpool were trying to hijack Man Uniteds deal for Nani, but the lightie only wanted to join the Red Devils
