LEGENDS THAT SHOOK THE BLOG

" OOH AH CANTONA SAY OOH AH CANTONA"

And to think this man came as a bargain from Leeds Utd. Probably one of Sir Alex's greatest ever signings. Tempremental and skillfull.Sheer Class. How can we forget that great chip goal and the arrogant celebrationthat followed,The Famous Kung Fu Kick on the Crystal Palace Fan. Many okes say that Cantona retired at 30,and in his prime. he didnt drag his carreer on and wither away.he retired with the notion of people saying This Man is Great... What can I say. A player in a different League, within a different Depth in Football. A player like no other. I can only imagine OLD TRAFFORD ringing with the chorous of OOH AH CANTONA SAY OOH AH CANTONA. Kids were saying it.Iwatched a Cantona Video once where even the Family's Parrot knew the Lyrics. His off the field antics and fall out with the French National Team deprived us of this man on the World Stage. To me evne though I despise Man Utd, Eric Cantona was liek no other and Indeed a LEGEND THAT SHOOK THE BLOG.

  1. OOH AAH CANTONA!!!

One of the Best Players to grace the EPL. His skill and great goals helped United to secure the league and F.A. Cup. Had he not been such a 'BAD BOY' he could have achieved alot more in United colours.

  3. Was watching a DVD tribute to Cantona while i was in London. Couldnt believe how much the game has changed. The man was in class of his own. Certainly showed the entire english nation a thing or two about football. He had the moves to back up the attitude. Definately a legend.

  4. Eric was without a doubt a legend. He was a not only a great goal scorer but a scorer of great goals. Who'll ever forget how he broke the Scousers in the FA Cup?

Pity though that in those Massive European nights he never inspired us to a great European triumph.
