WEEKLY SOCCER ROUND UP-WHAT TO DO

Sorry for the late post,i- burst was down, but anyways lots to discuss, A great sporting weekend. Azee. Ingesund has been sacked by Sundowns. Gordon has been given the boot, Trot has taken over. Apart from that its been a sad sporting weekend, mainly because the MANCS drubbed Keegans team and Juve went down 2-1. But Liverpool won 3-0.What was even sad was the Eduardo leg break. Its believed to be the worst and most horrific injury to date. But lets start the analysis

FROM THE KOP END
Alot of pundits are saying that if it were not for Torres and Gerard, Liverpool would be F#4ed. This lity always seems to be pulling us out of the dead. But lets not complain. We got 3 points. 3 f#4KEN POINTS. The good news is that Liverpools away strip will be the grey next year. Now this is a good omen. Just like the grey Candy kit was. Possibility of mariage next year for me ha ha

THEATER OF DREAMS
5 against Newcastle, This lity Ronaldo just doesnt want to stop. I want to ask a question to the bloggers. Honestly. What will the MANCS be without this lity. Is it him that carries the team or has Ferguson built this great unit? Either way the MANCS are looking deadly and sad to say unstoppable

ALWAYS A GUNNER
Arsenal stuffed it up. I said to Faaiz oz, Zam Ram and Jives. Im sceptical and I have to write the litys off for the title. Because you cant go and f#$ken draw to Birmingham when you 5 points Clear. Its not on.Its just not on. You cant rely on these ArsENAL F#4KERS FOR ANYTHING. Also if they lose at the San Siro, The season will break them.

But the real sadness stemmed from the Eduardo Leg Break. It was horrific. Wenger said that Taylor should never be allowed on the football pitch again, Ever. I have put a youtube video for the injury. See for yourself and lets discuss it.What are your views

THE CARLING CUP FINAL
The final is now over. And good for Tottenham. They have showed rapid improvement since they changed management. As for Chelsea like I said. "A wedding with no Deg Food" . Has everytjing but just no spice. Well done Spurs. Its a good achievement.

Only the MANCS rate the Carling Cup as a worthless competition

SERIE A ROUNDUP
Inter the MUGGS drew, How cool is that. F#4ken Muggs. But Juve like Arsenal couldnt sustain the pressure and lost 2-1 to Reginna. Again Del Piero got on the scoresheet and Donadoni must not ignore him. But a 2-1 loss to Regina , Fucks Sake. But what to do. Anyways Roma beat Fiorentina and Shakes Milan stole again and there is no better thief than Super Pipo. Milan grabbed the winner in the 90th minute.

SPANISH LA LIGA
I spoke to Riyad Loonat believe it or not. The F#4ken owe phoned me to speak about madrid maybe. Madrid lost, Barca won. AHA HA HA GORA PAPA

  1. liverpool, mediocre as ever, but got the 3 points. swoosh, liverpool won 3-2 & not 3-0.

the lity ronaldo is an extra player on the field for united, but by no means do united rely on him. we thrashed the gunners without him.united have never been a one man show.

terrible leg break for eduardo, but wenger retracted his comments & stated that he said this in the heat of the moment.

well done to spurs. at least chelsea are back down to earth.

  4. Swoosh we may have won it late, but the Viola's loss to Roma was the all important result, and it means we up to fourth and a Champs League place. You can always rely on Super Pippo as he proved in Athens last year.

I read that fat Ronaldo is considering retirement. Milan are rumoured to be after one of Adebayor, Drogba, Sheva or Benzema. Personally I would buy Benzema, he's young and ambitious and very talented, just what Milan need. Swoosh I hope you right about Rijkaard, Ancelotti's time is up after this season. Also Van Basten hasn't negotiated a contract with anyone so thats still a possibility.

United were quality all round at St James and the funniest moment of the weekend, definitely Gallas reaction at the penalty Birmingham won. He looked like a little kid throwing a tantrum. For all their good football, Arsenal lack a sporting spirit.

As for the fools, Torres 2nd goal, quality...

Van Basten was touted, But I agree Ancelotti's time is up. Maybe the Drog.He will fit in at Milan.

Eish its going to be a lekker 3 4 months, The Euro ,Champs League.

  7. Is Van Basten, Quality? any comments?

  8. Van Basten has the makings of a quality coach, he just needs the right platform. What I like about the guy is his willingness to give youth a chance. He needs a few more years to hone his ability at club level and Ajax will provide that oppertunity no doubt. From here with success I hope Milan beckon. Remember Rijkaard started in similar fashion, 1st with Holland and now at Barca a Champions League winner.

Sorry there "go" I left work early on Friday so didn't get the news on van Basten.

Where is Loks? No Quadrupple for his Chelsea

  10. Reports early in the year suggested Rikaard to Milan and ourinho to Barca..

Ancelloti is definately going as he wants "family time"..

Drogba is likely target and replacement for Ronaldo.. Milan like experienced players and they have their litie in Pato..

Sad to say yet its headed that way, the beginning of the end for Arsenal.. All downhill now i think..

As for soccer being rigged.. I wrote a post on it a while back.. Where it was proven to be rigged and Sir Alex got that "sir" status for having a hand in that as well as many others.. But all that has to do with the higher powers of politics, free masons etc etc..

We are here to debate from a fans perspective so lets leave the rigging part out of it i feel..

As for LFC - Torres hit 20 goal mark, last reached by Owen few years back.. So this is a good sign.. Reports in Germany also linked Pool to Rafinha (brazilian right back)..

As for Van Basten.. Many will doubt him like u okes did with Klinsmann.. I feel he will prove the critics wrong and do a super job wherever he goes..

As for Euro 2008 - Only 1 team will hail supreme and u can quote me on this in July afters its kla.. DEUTSCHLAND

  11. you know i tried to call swoosh post Barnsley and he smsed me the following: "Slms brother. I am in 3 days jamaat. My fiqr is high. I will refrain 4rm discussing worldly and dunya things" - It was the best laugh I had in years. Thanks for that Swoosh. Jazaks for the prize.

  12. Arsenal had major losses this weekend. Dudu (Eduardo) leg break was horrific, and it did stunt Arsenal's style of play in the match. Imagine seeing one of your team mates breaking his leg and possibly having his career ended in the process.

The last minute Birmigham goal was a lack of concentration (again) on Clichy's part. From replays it did seem like a "home side" decision. As for Gallas, his actions was overdramatic. As a captain he should have controlled himself better, but then again the agony of the day took control of his emotions. I guess we are human after all.

The only smile of the weekend I got was when Owen, high tackled Vidic and I saw him rolling around in agony on the floor. I thought can lightning strike twice and feared for Vidic. Anyway when the ref brandished the yellow card for Owen, Vidic felt much better.

    Get well Eduardo.

  14. We may have Pato, but adding another youthful player to the squad won't hurt. Rumours are that Milan are looking at Luca Toni also. That may be a good move and we can give Pipo to Bayern.

On van Basten and Klinsmann thats where we share the same views Takilla. I think both are going to do well next season.

As a Sundowns supporter I say it's about time we got rid of Igesund. The guy wasn't the Sundowns type. We have always been known to play the ball flat and play a passing attacking game, not a defensive hoof and hope. Never liked him and finally he's gone. Just hope we appoint a new guy soon, Trott is not good enough.

ZamRam you smiled when you thought Owen might have done a Ronny Jonsen on Vidic and ended his career? After witnessing Eduardo's injury you take delight at something like that? You one sick ou you know that. Any career threating injury to any player is not something to take delight out of.

  15. Shakes,

You were reading my comments out on context.

"and I saw him rolling around in agony on the floor. I thought can lightning strike twice and FEARED FOR VIDIC"

The smile was after the incident happened Owen got yellow carded and Vidic got up and acted like nothing happened. It seemed like seeing the yellow card for the opposition player cured him!!!

  16. recieved an email showing the full tackle on eduardo.
definately horrific. i cannot imagine the pain this lity went through.an absolutely terrible tackle.

to see his foot hanging like that.i think this had a definate effect on the arsenal players.

    hope the lity recovers soon.

    "go" get well eduardo
