UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SECOND LEGS

CHEL$KI 3 OLYMOIAKOS 0
A reounding win for the blues. Maybe this is their year, Who Knows, Im confident an English team will lift it.Its there for the taking. Chelsea at the bridge.Dangerous. Wel wait for our Dadas again in the semis and bury them.

PORTO 1 SHALKE 0
Porto out on penalties. What a shame. At least someone will draw Shalke.

Real Madrid 1 Roma 2
What the f#4k happened here. I seen a nervous Riyad Loonat on Monday. Smoking Consulates. I told him how the f#4k do Real concede so many goals, This is a shocker. Credit to Roma. They have been playing some good football. But the Spanish Giants are out. And I tipped them for the final. F#4ken Madrid.

Cafe Nescafe had a star studded panel yesterday. It was lovely watching the game with the owes and sipping on the Capacinnos, the lovely Ice Cream, lighting that guaai (cigarette) when the pressure was on. The Panel included Mamadoo and Tovey (Seth & Azee), Punisha, Kalusha Bwalya from Zambia, Mini, Hazrat, Fayaaz, Molana, and Shahid Osmany. To watch the game with the lads is indeed an experience. In the last 8 minutes Azee and Seth were in the perishaans. Should have had the camera and exposed the f#4kers.

MAN UTD 1 LYON 0
Ok, I see on the blog we have been having these "One Man Show" debates. Last night wa sno different. The lity Ronaldo spun around and from the dead gave them a 1-0 lead. Other than that they were S#@$. They didnt convince me. The Toppie took Anderson off , surprisingly and had Fletcher and Carrick in midfield. No f#4ken wonder Why? But as I said to them last night. I wanted Utd to win, They must come all the way to the alter and get DUMPED out.

AC MILAN 0 ARSENAL 2
Moosa A phoned me last night and said "What a game Arsenal played". Then Faaiz Oz sms'd to say he needs an hour to recover and let it sink in. The litys went to the San Siro and they delivered. I didnt watch the game but I heard Arsenal played superbly. Milan, I told you Shakes, I had the feeling. Out with the Old I say, And Ancelotti must f#4k off. But Zam Ram and co , we await your analyisis after toppling the city of Milan.
It was symbolic to first years from Pietersburg coming to The Canteen and Punishing Ridone and Shaka

BARCELONA 1 CELTIC 0
The Nou Camp is a fortress and Celtic were not in Scotland. It was expected. And good to have Barcelona in the quarter final. Only bad news here was that Messi is out for 6 weeks. Puol was apparantly furious at the Spanish Media, Their hype TO START an unfit Messi proved crucial as the lity is now out for 6 weeks
SEVILLA 3 FENEBACHE 2
5-5 on aggregate and what a cracker.Danny Alves was everywhere,In the end his spot kick was saved and Sevilla crashed out on Penalties

  1. Congratulations to the Gunners on a fantastic display! Didn't watch the game but i heard that the lighty's were fantastic!

Swoosh, we're going to get there. In the parking lot and getting closer. Hope we draw your scum in the next round. We'll be getting hitched much sooner than you!

But didn't i tell you that the Fenerbache vs Sevilla game was goiing to be a cracker!

  2. Swoosh I said I felt Arsenal would win. Milan need fresh ideas and only a new coach will bring that.
Maldini retires so a replacement is a must. Out with Kaladze and Cafu also. Pirlo can leave now as well as Dida and Kalac. Pippo should be out too. And Rijkaard in and give him a 2 years to build a team.

Last nite you couldn't see Milan scoring, it just wasn't on. The first few minutes they looked good but then allowed Arsenal to play. Like I said Milan were going to play on the counter and it never paid off, as they were not quick enough to hurt Arsenal. Well done to the gunners, but Milan were never good enough this season.

I see the tinkerman was given the Vote of Confidence by the Juve board. Come June Juve will be looking for a new manager I think.

On the Sevilla match that Fenerbache keeper was terrible. Danny Alves's freekick went right through him and the second goal he just watched past him, no attempt. The defence gave Kanoute alot of space and he made them pay and Sevilla also 2 defensive lapses cost them. That game had more to do with lack of quality defending than quality attacking.

  9. it was great with swoosh. some old stories emerged last night which reminded me of the good old days. gr8 fun boys and a lovely evening to see the gr8 side make it 10/10 wins at OT in the CL.

  10. Kopout, united dominated possesion, created more chances & were stronger defensively with Vidic not giving an inch away. Thats luck right?

Lyon were dangerous at times with Benzema on the ball, but manu defense were rock solid.

Ron the DON should have made it 2 nil if wasnt for a suspect linesman decision on 83 mins. Another brilliant thru ball by Carrick.

  11. I saw the Arsenal game and the San Siro was electrifying.. They showed footage of hot Italian chix which i found more entertaining than the ball.. Well done Gunners tho.. Not easy to win at San Siro..

ManU werent too impressive as well.. I'd rather watch cows graze then to watch them play as they did last nite..

fernabeche is one team i hope Pool avoid tho.. Turkey away is daunting..As was evident against Besiktas in group stages..

    ZK - Madrid ????

  12. Kopout : Stop pumping your mouth. Liverpool have to still win the game against Inter, and lets be honest only Liverpool can F up a 2 goal aggregate lead.

I take my hat off to the Gunners. ABSOLUTELY MESMERIZING. To go to Italy and CRUSH the defending champs in such a display. Gattuso was made to look like a timid poodle. Kaka was made to feel Kaka.
Take a bow Arsenal. You deserve it.

  21. Its like calling Elland Road - "Bloch Park".

    Its the same thing

  22. united might not have played great last night, but they showed their might when they thrashed the gunners.

why dont all you abu's give due when a team deserves it.

united play more better games than bad.

  23. The gunners played very well last night, were organised and commited in all the tackles. It was a very impressive performance but there is still "gaps" that need to be filled in.

I am extremely glad that we won, considering our last couple of games but Arsenal do need a bigger more experienced squad. The other "bug"is that sometimes all that pretty football and no end product! At times Arsenal wanted to walk the ball into net, too many inticate passes in the oppositions half. But what the hell, we BEAT AC MILAN AT THEIR HOME GROUND.

I just hope we do not go and spoil it this weekend.

  24. "Go",

You said,"but they showed their might when they thrashed the gunners."

    Mathematically,
    United beat Arsenal,

    Arsenal beat Milan,

    therefore, United better than Milan???

The topic was "Uefa Champions League Second Legs"
