BASH A SCOUSER-WE DESERVE IT

To satisfy the MANCS and be a sport I have put the headline. we watched the game at Old Trafford as tradition has it, Husain Mayets House,Had a superb braai and we were a huge crew. I said to the lads that my prediction is 2-1 Liverpool and when Torres opened the scoring I thought Theres it, Another JIHAD Victory. The MANCS were silent.Torres finish was class. But thats all we did and after the dubious penalty decision There was nothing Liverpool did all game. Macherano had no reason to foul Valencia. Although it seemed it was no penalty and a foul outside the box,Macherano was lucky not to see RED. Why did he do that? But thats football. Throughout the opening stages I argued that Reyna is the second best keeper after Buffon. He did well to stop Rooney's spot kick but the rebound fell his way and then it was all Man United in all fairness.
But what else can I write, I cant keep on complaining.
CHELSEA are buckling,I dont wanna support Arsenal and jinx them, but yeah...If Shoobs or Red Man want to have their say I will oblige.
But f34k it. We lost

Fun with the lads

Liverpool score

The f#4king MANCS win and a delighted Husain Mayet and Afzal and a sad Ebie Kop End

All in all it was spectecular with the lads.Just a terrible result for Liverpool

  3. Its amazing that you say that it was not a penalty. It was a clear penalty and the bastard should have been sent off.
As for Torres, he should have also been sent off for fucking up the penalty spot. Bastard needs to have some respect for OT. We don't go kicking up the turf at Kakfield (aka Anfield).
19 titles will be the icing on the cake and now its within our grasp. Mancs all the way.

  8. Swoosh, we're not the type to kick a scouse when he's down, no matter how tempting it is.

To quote a good friend "vaghr is a bad thing". We've still got a long way to go in this season and although beating Liverpool was satisfying, it's just another 3 points for us.

We'll save the celebrations for the end of the season depending on how we fare. Unlike Liverpool, our season is not defined by just beating our rivals ... we're in the business to win trophies and make history.

Beating United may be deemed a big achievement for some... Fulham fans were ecstatic when they schooled us at Craven Cottage as were Burnley when they beat us at Turf Moor. I imagine Liverpool were pretty impressed when they whipped us at Anfield but as a United fan I wouldn't want to put us in that bracket where we massively celebrate 3 points against another team.

Celebrations are reserved for big games and trophies. Should we reach the semi-finals or even the finals of the Champions League we'll bring out the champers. Should we edge Chelski and the Gooners to a fourth successive title, the Red Flag will be flying high, but taking 3 points off a mid-table team at Old Trafford is just another day at the office (albeit a satisfying one as that mid-table team was Liverpool).

In all honesty, it's a bit sad to see Liverpool in the state they're currently in as it somewhat takes the spice out of our meets. The win would've have been a lot more satisfying had we thwarted Liverpool's bid for a title. If we do the business against Chelsea two weeks Saturday then those 3 points will be cause for a nice big celebration, without getting carried away ofcourse.

It's also sad to see all the "hardcore" scousers that ran rampant on your blog last season and bashed us Mancs to pieces suddenly disappear. They went missing towards the end of last season, reappeared when we lost to Barca in the European final (disguised as newly founded Barca fans) and then went quiet again until we were whipped at Anfield and have now seemed to have disappeared altogether. Where are the cries of "In Rafa We Trust" ??? Win or lose, stand your ground and support your team ...

I think the Stretford End summed it up brilliantly with a comical chant on Sunday; "THURSDAY NIGHTS, CHANNEL 5" (google it if you not sure what that means"

  13. First off I would like to say terrific blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Kudos!
