As we head into Internationals Steve McClaren better be weary or else he could end up in this very same spot next week. Amid the weekend banter and results it gives me great pleasure to present this weeks MUGG. Obviously He has to come from the Kop. Rafa Benitez gets the nod this week albeit the following reasons. I spoke to a dire member of the kop pn Sunday and the man was fuming. "Why is Benitez playing Gerard on the right"-Ebie J. I agree Why is Gerard not playing in his role behind the front two where he has been so successful over the years. Didnt Benitez learn from Sven. Sven f#$ked England up the Same way in the World Cup.
Secondly 1 point out of 18 in away games. That is a sin. Come on now Cisse.
Lastly Liverpool's performance against Man Utd was woeful. They were horrible, absolutely K##. Benitez'z selection could also come into question here. Crouch and Bellamy score in Europe in midweek. He drops them against Utd.
Its like ordering from Akhals in the week. Enjoying the chow. You get visitors from Bronkhorspruit over the weekend and you decide to buy from Liakets Starlight Cafe Take Away. Its just not on. My point :STICK WITH THE WINNING FORMULA. But Rafa indeed deserves the vote for the MUGG OF THE WEEK
Its about damn time
ReplyDeletestupid F$%ken MUGG
He is a real mugg!
ReplyDeletehe is a Souness in the making!
Cumon are u sick or sumting!Gerrard played last whole season on the RIGHT and scored 20 or so goals! Now when its nt working Rafa gets stick???He delivered 2 major trophies in 2 succesive season.I dnt think he deserves it
ReplyDeleteThere we go the Idiot speaks again. Boet Gerrard didnt play the whole of last season on the right. Go and learn about your team you stupid MUGG. Swoosh make this kid the MUGG of the year for 2006.
ReplyDeleteFaheem Vezharz shut the F@#k up!
ReplyDeleteHe needs to play in the center!
EB and Swoosh, thank god this kid is a Livepool supporter, cos if he supported MAN U im sure they would have shot him by now.
ReplyDeleteHis knowledge of soccer is pathetic.
I just love the hostility in this blogg... and once again i'll add my 2 cents worth...If i'm not mistaken Rafa was your guys DADA... he brought home the CL in his first season... F.A cup in his second...and now you boys all hate him...show some faith in the man... lets face it getting points at arsenal and united gonna be tough no matter who the manager is...but still no excuse for the rest of your away form... Give the man a chance to figure out his best side... there a lots of new faces in... As for Stevie G... he belongs in the centre behind the front two... no better place to have him...I rate him as a player and would love to have in playing for Man U... but we all no that aint happening...As for the Vezharz fellow... are you smoking something boet...Last season Stevie G played in the centre... and scored some great goals...
ReplyDeleteFaheem Vezharz think before u write the next time.
ReplyDeleteu cant tell me zenden who all his life has been a winger is better then gerard in the heart of midfield. that decision by rafa was a howler of note!
azee
Yes guys, good points you all making! Gerrard did spend much time on the right but only performed well when he started in the middle and scored the crackers we all accustomed to!
ReplyDeleteLet that lighty Faheem_Vezharz make his opinions. That's what Swoosh's blog is for. Benitez is the Mugg of the week. Lately, his line-ups and decisions have caused much pain to all LFC supporters and I hope he realises the consequences. 1 from 18 points away from home is k*k. Gerrard has to play in the middle.
