I thought It would be apt to put the Legend that shook the blog and Video of the week in one Post. In the week I spoke to Hazrat and we were talking about Waseem Akram as he is a pesonal friend of Hazrat. We talked about that Final in 1992 and the phrase "ALAN LAMB HAS BEEN CLEAN UPPED". What a player Wasim Akram was and there was no better at Reverse swing than this man. Chris Lewis was next to follow and got a first baller with massive swing. Pakistan went on to win the World Cup. The clips after that are of that memorable day in Kingsmead with South Africa chasing and at 150 for 1. And then Waseem & Waqar started what was the greatest exhibition of swing and inswinging yorkers that I have ever seen. It was the Total Power Series. 16 years ago. Doesnt seem like it hey. But Hazrat this video is for you and Waseem Akram was definately a legend that shook the Blog
