Emphatic win for Chel$ea. Frank Lampard emerges from the dead to belt four past Derby.Ok we know its Derby but great win for the blues. In light to a comment that was made about me being biased. Come On we Are Chelseas Dadas in Europe. Mourinho wanted the Champions League so badly, Liverpool we were pathetic in the league and we go and F#4k Chelsea up twice in a row, in the semis on top of it. But good win for teh blues as we all eagerly await the draw tomorow. Elsewhere in teh Premiership, Good win for Pompey, Villa managed a draw only.
In the UEFA Cup it was heartbreak for the English teams, Jenas had the opportunity to win it for spurs but spurned his chance. Gomes emerged as the hero of the tie.
Bayern are favourites for me and with an inspired Faoruk Ribery at the helm.......Bayen look menacing.
But for Spurs and Everton the curse of England Continues

Swoosh : its time to open the floor regarding the state of Bafana Bafana.
What the F is going on. We just barely escaped Zimbabwe by the skin of a mosquitos dick. For f%^ks sake : ZIMBABWE!!!! They could hardly muster up a team to come to South Africa. Their country is so messed up, that the last thing on a citizens mind is soccer.... yet they almost did the business here in SA.
I heard last night that the SA government wants to step in, and do something very drastic to save the embarrassment. They wanna pull all the players from their clubs, pay their Salaries, and keep them in a training camp until 2010. This is very drastic, but for once I can side with the Powers that be.
We NEED to something drastic to make the 2nd round of the 2010. We can just sit back and let Carlos Alberto Parreira do his “thing”

ReplyDeleteThey wanna pull out 50 potential Bafana players and mould them by gettin specialist training and playing friendly matches regularly..
I think its a whole load of krap as frielndly dont provide big match temprament and doesnt have the feel of a competitave game..
Also u cant take 50 okes and deprive them of club football and then take just 22.. What happens to the other 28 guys in 2010 who will now have, NO club, NO competitave experience etc..
What do they do.. And concerning Perreira.. The politics in SA sport are still at boiling point.. As much as they hide it, he has NO say in team selection.. This i know from a VERY VERY reliable source who works for SAFA.. Also u dont blame the guy..
U okes said that Klinsmann and Van Basten cant be rated as good coaches as their teams in Wc2006 were SUPREME.. On the contrary we have a SUPREME coach with k@k at his disposal.. So i dont blame him..
In fairness to the ZIM results, players from Plat STars, Sundowns, Ajax and Bloem were not included due to club commitments as well as all overseas based players..
And for F*&^Ks sake.. Bring BENNI back.. We need him..
